This is something that Covington definitely needed! Grew up in the area so I come by to visit family every couple months and this was a great recent addition to the community. The food is fresh and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I got the mozzarella pesto toastie with a caramel macchiato, both were good but would recommend caramel syrup if you like your drinks sweeter.

Great Cafe with amazing service. Their pastries and bagels are delicious. I normally get the cortado or cappuccino, and sometimes an iced coffee! All of which are well made. If you like your iced coffee with a strong coffee taste, like me, order an extra shot of espresso!

I LOVE this cafe. It has quickly become a staple in the Covington community. The food and coffee are both amazing. I cannot say enough about the staff and the welcoming atmosphere. If you haven’t stopped by Kanawha Cafe yet, you’re missing out.

Their coffee is absolutely delicious, every drink we’ve had from there has been great. We also were lucky enough to have crepes one morning and they were amazing! I LOVE crepes and never expected to be eating delicious crepes in downtown Covington. I highly recommend!
