Disappointing. Mediocre & Average fare, at an above average price. While the sushi looks fantastic, the prep is a bit rushed and you can taste the difference. The servers are young with poor hospitality (ours didn’t even know their available drinks) and attitude (decided to roll his eyes within line of sight of us); There are no menus and you are required to use your own phone to scan and download a menu to squint at and figure your out your order. Atmosphere is blasé, vibe is sterile, other diners are of the loud stuck up variety that seem to believe this is a good dining experience. Honestly, they can have this one. Would Not Recommend.

Very underwhelming the service was horrible. No ambiance, cook doesn’t interact with you. Food was horrible you could probably get better sushi at a gas station. The steak was tough and no seasoning at all and I hope you aren’t thirsty because getting refills is impossible. You are rushed in and out. They just care about making money and not providing good service and food. Wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE. If you want good food go anywhere but here.

Bad experience started and ended with the hostess. After getting looked up and down with a scowl I was asked how can I help you by the hostess. I thought that would be obvious why people come to a restaurant but I asked if there was any tables open for 4 at teppenyaki. The response was just, “no.” So after an awkward pause, I asked how long the wait was and the response was, “really long”. That was enough of an experience for me. We turned around and walked out, and won’t be returning. If you can’t get a greeting right knowing that it is a first impression, the rest can’t be fantastic. Judging from the rest of the reviews, that is pretty accurate.

Went into the bar for happy hour and sat next to some people and got completely ignored. The waitress who was a blonde girl in a pony tail ignored us multiple times. We called her over, she looked at us, and ignored us. We sat there for 15 minutes without any service then decided to get up and walk away. We didn’t even get looked at when we walked out or said bye to by the receptionist. I am immensely disappointed in the service and won’t be coming here any time soon.

We had reservations for teppanyaki, we got there earlier than our time. My partner and I stood waiting. A family came in after us with the same reservation time. They sat on the benches. When the hosts came over to sit they pulled the family who was sitting first, then another couple who were also sitting and lastly us.

We arrived and were told there was a 30 minute wait for a table, so we went to the bar to wait. I ordered a drink and we were seated later. The server then shared with us that there was a 45 minute wait for food due to a large group. This is poor communication this was not communicated to us at the beginning of our wait, so we left since we were hungry.
