First time here! We went around closing time so it was pretty empty but the place itself was huge. I wished we came when it was a little busy cause the vibes would be more lively. The food was good but I thought the meat was a bit salty for my taste. The server was really nice and accommodating so I would give this place a try if you’re craving some afghan food.

-1 star for qabili palau, as it wasn’t one. Plain white rice topped with carrot and raisins, seriously? Trust me, i know how it should look and taste like.

What an amazing find! I’d give 6 stars if I could. The absolute test for me on any Afghan/Mediterranean food is how good they can make Kobideh (Ground Beef) Kabob. And this place nailed it. It was juicy, well marinated and had an ever so thin crisp layer that I haven’t seen on any other place before.

The food was excellent. The lamb shanks were delicious, rice was exquisite, and the bolani appetizers were surprisingly hearty.

Beautiful, spacious restaurant with friendly service and delicious food. Got the quabili pallow and the Sabzi. Lamb was very tender and all dishes well seasoned. Ask for the hot sauce too. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good afghan food’

We had the Lamb with Sabzi and it was amazing! A big chunk of lamb and tasty sabzi. It reminded me of Afghanistan. I didn’t like the mantoo with corn on top and a little spicy but it was not bad, just a personal taste and based on what I’ve had before. Service was good. The place is huge! The green tea is from a tea bag, I was sort of expecting that for 4 dollars at least it could be from a tea leaves. The yogurt drink with mint was very good. I’ll be back!
