I’ve been to the one here and at Stovehouse and have never had a bad meal. Seriously delicious food, highly recommend the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. Only downside was that there were flies buzzing around and landing in the food because the door next to the bar area was open.

Modest Ramen spot with a variety of options to customize your experience to your tastes. Did appreciate that they had a veggie ramen (with vegetable broth) available, but taste could be heightened to be on par with traditional ramen. Chosen ingredients were seemingly plain. My wife is Japanese, and she loves this place. She feels it tastes very authentic. Her comments make me like it because most Japanese people stateside are very picky about their Japanese restaurants. She told me that she likes her noodles slightly softer, but she may ask for that next time.

This place is amazing!!! The atmosphere looks modern and different. I don’t feel like I’m walking into an out-dated or ritzy dining place. There are tables, stools, indoor and outdoor seating and you can pick where you want to sit. The place was clean and had a pleasant smell.
