Never ever order from this place!! There food is flavorless. They don’t fill your drinks always up. Overly priced!! Do not waste your money. There are better places to order pure fresh flavorful healthy smoothies, bowls, etc.

Unfortunately the service here has changed. First and foremost, I’ve caught Waji watering down my Smoothie and using non Kale Me Crazy ingredients (like Jiffy Peanut Butter). They are cutting corners. Secondly, after a Hiatus I’d decided to give them a second chance because they are close to home. They’re understaffed which I can understand. However, on today I’d gone in to order a Smoothie and it was taking long to prepare so I’d asked to cancel the order. They charged me for another Smoothie instead. I’d asked to be refunded and instead they asked if I could “wait a few minutes they’ll prepare my Smoothie fast”. I waited and was handed my Smoothie. I’d asked about the refund for the overcharge (I paid for 2 Smoothies) and was told that I had to write my number down and wait to speak with the manager. That’s a very shady way to do business! Employees there can take your hard earned money (they can be trusted to do that) yet when they make a mistake they have no ability to refund. That’s a problem. The owner is great. The service is great when he’s there. I just told them to keep the money, it’s not worth the hassle. I will not return there again ever!!!!

Customer service is trash. The lady who took my order seemed like she was dead inside. She showed no enthusiasm and didn’t even greet me when I walked in. I wanted to order the spinach wrap and she went to the bathroom first. I asked her “are you going to the bathroom and she said yes” and then WENT TO THE BATHROOM and left me waiting on her to get done to take my order. She should’ve taken my order first. Terrible service. The power house smoothie and pesto wrap was good but I wouldn’t spend another dime at this location because of the customer service. 2 stars for the food.

Really disappointed with this location as it’s the closest to my house. I ordered the grounded smoothie and it was so watery and tasted water-down. It was literally shaking around in the plastic cup like it was just water. So disappointed. The person who prepared my order was nice, but for $10, I expected the smoothie to at least have the right consistency. I won’t be coming back.

I absolutely love this place! It’s a hidden jewel and if I’m not mistaken open a little over a year now. I’m a “Kale Me Crazy” fanatic and have found this location to be the best! I have their Wellness shots daily. The Smoothie choices differentiate but The Warrior, Recovery or Power House are regular favorites and not to mention the Grounded or Go-Getter! I’d totally buy stock in this place. Stephanie is always pleasant and smiling (they all are really) and you’ll find the Operating Partner (Shahezad Hudda) in there diligently taking your order and then going to prepare it on any given day. If you can locate this or better yet sitting in traffic why not sip on something healthy find the nearest Kale Me Crazy, this one’s a favorite!

If I could I’d actually give this a 4.5 stars but Google wouldn’t let me lol. The service and food were really good and the esthetics/vibes of the restaurant were relaxing. Also, after eating there I didn’t get the itis, I actually felt good. I will definitely be back!
