So impressed with this place from start to finish. We had a birthday in the party and mentioned it randomly to the staff while we were waiting for our table. At the end of the meal they brought out a little desert with a candle.

Great place especially for Bakersfield. Staff is super nice and always asking if we are doing okay during our meal. Food is good as well and I enjoy the atmosphere! Heading back here again in a week for a birthday dinner:)! I will include a photo from when I last went to this place!

Me and my 7 yr old son decided to try this restaurant and paid 82$ for food and got poor quality meat loaded with fat we left starving and went straight to McDonald’s. Save your money and go somewhere else. This is a quick very expensive snack not worth it.

The food is really pretty good. I tried the pork you-cook-it option and it was real tasty. All the condiments were quite nice. Our server was very polite in explaining things as newcomers to Korean food. The busboy however, wow…he must not like working there because he had a terrible rude attitude. This review would be a four if it were not for him. I asked how to turn the grill off because we were finished and it was smoking, but he gave some pretty serious attitude and told us to do it ourselves without explaining how. He just said “it’s over there”, rolled his eyes, and left us to figure it out alone. My 4 year old was coughing and we needed help and that was pretty crummy. -1 point for that guy.

The food was great we had excellent service even with the waitress on her second day, She was amazing. We ordered 2 large meat plates and a few other appetizers and everything was excellent. and I have to give some slight praise to the manager he was also amazing that day. He was very helpful to our large group.

The service wasn’t that good here. When I walked in, there was no one in the service desk, and it’s not like they were busy because there were only 2 parties already there. The waiter sat us in a table that had a wet floor that drenched my pants, but that was alright, didn’t let it get to me. Then after we ordered our food we didn’t see the waiter until our food came out and when we paid. She never asked if the food was good or if we needed anything else, which was a bit disappointing. I believe they need to get fans or a better ventilation system because when people were cooking their food, you could’ve smelled the burning meat and smoke, which was not appetizing while eating.

Reservation is a must. And arrive on time. We enjoyed the attention and lesson of our meal. All quality meats, lovely service. And plenty to enjoy. A full table is an understatement. Happy hearts, happy tummy. Definitely recommend it! But if you have a hungry man, buy him a larger meat portion, and watch him control the cooking.

I love this place truly but the last time I went I was going to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. Im very familiar with how to do KBBQ but the waitor was hovering over us like a hawk and kept interrupting us while we were tryna cook our food. He also took the tongs straight out my hand at one point and while I appreciated him trying to be helpful it’s just not something we needed and it was almost as if he was trying to rush out.

Do not go there Especially If you are Black, I went there and a line formed behind me, the Korean woman came out and started taking orders from the back of the line, people where looking at me so confused…. And just the other day a waiter brought me my sushi plate and had to squash a bug on the plate, RIGHT In front of me ..!! Then to top of all off, there was a bug in my sauce …. I use to be a regular but i will not be going back anytime soon !! I felt very rascist energy there, i walk in and the guy who looks like an owner just stares at me, then when I try to call somone to come and look at my Sauce i wave him over he tells me hold on, I was the only customer there. U can feel the racial hostility…. I just got up and left i was sitting there for a minute waiting for the owner to come apologize about the bugs or something but nothing at all, they went back there and hid like they got caught so i will be going bac when they are busy and letting them know that i found bugs in my food there..
