The salmon teriyaki with rice, broccoli and choice of soup or salad is consistently YUMMY! A convenient and satisfying plate of food, especially when waiting in the ER at NY Presbyterian Hospital in Bronxville, NY.

The fish is fine / fresh but overall lacking flair. Drinks are horrible and atmosphere is bad. This place must mostly do take out because it is not operated to encourage dining in.

During this quarantine my favorite sushi place closed temporarily, so i ordered take out from here instead. I was surprised it was a 30 min process to make the sushi, but i assumed is because they were doing everything fresh, since there seemed to be no orders in front of me. Finally sit down, to eat this order, and it was by far the worst shirmp tempura i ever had; a gas station type. The texture felt old and weirdly crunchy:like old cheese puffs. We also ordered sweet potato rolls, idk what this was but it wasn’t sweet potato, and it too was tasteless. My last hope was the spicy crunchy tuna roll, that was neither crunchy nor spicy, but at least the tuna was fresh. It was meal, filled me up, no more than wendys would. And at least they had a good presentation. Thank you for the service, but will not be eating from here again.

Place is terrible. It’s overpriced for miniature sashimi and tiny, tasteless rolls. Please don’t waste your money.

Best sushi in Bronxville and we’ve been here over 30 times. Millennium roll is my favorite but all the food is great

Service is veeery good. I ordered the sushi combination and it was pretty decent. Prices are average. All in all a good experience.

Really impressive sushi. The fish is insanely fresh. Their fish is a cut above what you’d find at a standard sushi place. Don’t really understand the negativity of some of the reviews which seem more about delivery time and portion size than quality. You get what you pay for and at Kaito you pay for high quality fish.

Big menu with a lot of variety. What my daughter and I had, the shrimp tempura and teriyaki steak was delicious. However my wife had breaded pork fried up and it was a bit dry. I wouldn’t order that again. But rest assured we’ll be back to try some other items on the menu.

Pick another restaurant! Honestly, I’d recommend going elsewhere for Japanese cuisine. Hubby & I wanted to try a new place for dinner. Decided on Kaito and we regrettably wished we had just gone to any of our usual spots. We received cold-ish appetizers, strong drinks (in a bad way), steak not cooked to correct temperature as ordered and sushi not being up to par -how do you not make a good shrimp tempura roll? might as well have gotten the California roll cuz it tasted meh. Overall for the quality of the food and their pricing just not worth it. Like I said skip this one.
