Very nice place but the food is inconsistent and there’s always an issue with service. They may say 15-20 min wait and you wait over an hour. Few days ago I placed a pick up order and my teriyaki salmon was a dry piece of unflavored salmon, soggy veggies and old rice. I had to call them because that was a $23 meal. They said the manager would call me back that was 2 days ago!

In town for a conference and was impressed by the sushi, cocktails & service. Try the Star Wars roll. It was delicious & unique compared to the standard rolls most places offer. They have a great twist to the Crab Rangoons too. Service was exceptional & atmosphere was fantastic.

This place is amazing! I didn’t review it the first time I went because I wanted to see the same level of excellence reached two times in a row and boy let me tell you the quality, service, flavor and overall atmosphere of this place is incredible! I worried moving from Dallas that I would not find top notch sushi but this place has got me covered! Excellent experience. Huge shout out to the server who dealt with the extremely picky lady sitting nice to us and did it with such class and patience that even her friends were surprised. 10/10 Date night win!

Went for Valentines Day. While the staff was nice and the atmosphere is cozy, the food unfortunately is mediocre at best. They’ve had a fixed menu and for two people it was around $170 (incl a sushi roll and drink each). The chocolate covered strawberries were my favorite Also please put descriptions on your sushi rolls I don’t want to ask or google about each one

We loved our first dining experience at Kai, beautiful ambiance, great drinks, top notch sushi, and our server, Jayden, was so attentive and friendly. He set the bar for proper service and made some great recommendations, which we loved! We both left fat, full and near coma level happy. We will be back 1000%.

Great sushi rolls. The flaming volcano rolls were our favorite. Enjoyed the theme beverages, especially the Naughty Schoolgirl and Christmas Martini. The waiter was excellent and the upstairs dining room was quite lovely. Note: There are two flights of stairs up, and no elevator.
