Had we come on another day, perhaps our dining experience would have been better. We came here because of the great reviews I’ve read about their food. So we came hungry and hopeful. But we unfortunately suffered through an unacceptably long wait to be attended to and fed — 30 mins for our order to be taken, another 30 mins for appetizers to be served, over 30 mins for entrees to come and about another 45 mins for desserts. Our experience at this place lasted for 3 hours, most of which were spent waiting. This is is even with us having made reservations.Their food was fantastic. Everything we ordered was delicious. My hubby was underwhelmed by the desserts. But my daughter and I loved them. We were invited by this hardworking server “A” for us to come on a different day when they are not understaffed, and I might just do that. Because food as good as theirs should not be overshadowed by the poor service we experienced today. Maybe they’ll earn a star or two from me at that time with significant improvement with their customer service.

I imagine this place would be nice on busy nights or during parties, but when dining during the weekday, it is a bit dead. Servers were kind but whispered, which was odd. The mint tea had no mint, and I’m assuming they’re using mint flavored tea bags. It was very unpleasant to drink. Ordered the mixed grill platter. Extremely overpriced and underwhelming for the

I was definitely looking around for the best Arabic/Mediterranean cuisine in the Inland Empire- specifically near Claremont/Upland.

The Lebanese young singer has a great voice. Food is good. Beef was better than the chicken, hummus was straight from the can. Good salad and Arayes. Hookah was good. Atmosphere was great. A little pricy but had a great night there overall.

This was our first time here. We thought it was a Indian restaurant but the manager who was also our server told us its Iraqi cuisine. The chef brought out one of the specialty entrees we ordered which was awsome. The service, food, hookah and mocktails were good. The mocktails were over priced if you ask me. They don’t serve alcohol but I seen someone at another table with a bottle of alcohol, so I’m not sure if you can bring your own alcohol we forgot to ask. They are open until 2a.m so that’s good if your looking for a late dinner. Their hookah was the best we’ve ever had and we love hookah so we know good hookah when we try it. We will be back we just won’t order the mocktails I can understand the price if they had alcohol in them but $17 for a drink with no alcohol is a bit much. They also had live Iraqi music.

I had a wonderful experience here. We walked in a little later in the evening and were still able to get served dinner. We ordered the mixed grilled meat and the tabullleh salad, and the hummus. Everything was delicious! Our servers were both very attentive and kind. I am so glad this place is now here. The atmosphere is also very beautiful.

The costumer service is greatly representative of the Kahramana community. Employees are friendly and outstanding. I am profound of my experience as a costumer. The food and service is great. The prices are exceptional with regards to the quality that is put into the food. Kahramana offers a great atmosphere, as it is an authentic Iraq restaurant and emphasizes the culture of Iraq.
