I got lunch here on opening day! The staff were very attentive. It very much feels like a family run restaurant. The gyōza were pretty standard as a start. Where this place really shone was the Ramen. I got the spicy bowl. It’s a unique and delicious taste and take on the broth that I haven’t had anywhere else. Really excellent noodle texture and perfectly jammy eggs – tea eggs rather than the usual soy marinade. Will definitely be coming back to try some of the other menu options, as my coworker tried the curry and loved it. The only thing is that it does not look like much on the inside yet- give them some time to pick up business and decorate a bit, don’t judge this book by its cover.

The best food and service! The main staff came from John’s Chinese and started their own Ramen house. Get the kimchi one, it’s amazing, broth is spicy, flavorful and delicious. This is the now the best place in Keizer!

Such a wonderful find! Great food. Service was fast and friendly. Huge portion of food. Hot tea offer for free. Had the house bowl which has the right amount of spice. Definitely will be back to try other food and to help my ramen craving!! Open later than most places on a Saturday night!

Very yummy and great service. Atmosphere was very homey. Kung Pao chicken was a great portion and had crag rangoons for an appetizer, very good. Partner ordered tankotsu ramen and she said it was one of the best in Salem. Highly recommend!

First off, I’d like to say the staff was very sweet and attentive. Everything was swift and hot. However, the food was very unremarkable. I ordered the shoyu ramen and fried rice, and while they do come just like advertised, the taste itself was not something that should be recreated. The shoyu ramen had a strange taste that I couldn’t shake and I ended up unfortunately leaving half. May have been one of the worst bowls of ramen I’ve had. The fried rice was somewhat better in comparison, but the vegetables had hardly been cooked and it was quite dry. Overall, I hope that it was a one off, but I’m afraid I won’t venture out to see for myself again. Or maybe just don’t order any of their ramen, because despite the restaurant’s name, their specialty is definitely not that.

Staff is very friendly and was quickly sat down, however the food wasn’t good. Had the ramen and it had no flavor in the broth or salt. I will give a second maybe they were off a bit that day.

The food is excellent. Service is great. I have also had take-out and the thought put into packaging is amazing. Sauces and broths are packed separately so you don’t get soggy food.
