Our Favorite meal in Alaska so far! The aroma when you step into the restaurant says it all! The baked oysters were offered with many delicious flavors. We had Roasted Garlic Butter as well as Harissa and Chimichurri. Both were amazing! For our main meal, we had the seafood creole which was perfectly cooked and flavored!

Absolutely LOVE the Broken Oar Oyster Bar within Kachemak Shellfish Growers. We stumbled upon this bar on our first day in Homer and got a plate of oysters, which were some of the best I’ve ever had in my life (and I’ve had oysters all over the world and consider myself a real oyster lover). I would absolutely recommend ordering from them in the future despite the high shipping fees, that’s how good they were!

literally the best oysters I have ever had. So low key. Staff is super nice and chill. Inside is tiny so we sat outside and enjoyed the day. We started with half a dozen but the waiter said we’d want a full and we ended up getting 2 full dozen.
