Our experience at Kabinett was top-notch! From the wine selection, presentation of all of the dishes, tastiness of every bite we put into our mouths to the excellent service provided by Naomi – 10/10!! Cannot wait to go back!!

Impressed with the quality of food, dishes we ordered were prepared well. There were some on the menu but they were sold out in the middle of Friday and dinner rush.

We went here for the first time last night for Easton restaurant week. Everything was absolutely amazing!! The food was delicious and unique. The owner came over to help us select wine and was incredibly friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

Kaitlin was an amazing bartender and server-knowledgeable, professional and personable. The menu is varied and creative. The pâté de campagne had a wonderful texture and flavor. The schnitzel was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The skin on crispy branzino was a bit difficult to cut, making it challenging to eat because the flesh was very tender, but overall the plate was delicious. The spiced labneh was a nice accompaniment. The Kabinett Manhattan was a balance of both dry and aromatic. The rosewater and pistachio semolina cake was reminiscent of Indian and Persian sweets. We’ll definitely return to Kabinett soon.

Such a neat spot in downtown Easton with so. much. wine. Although I had a Manhattan, my wife really enjoyed the champagne selection. The food was awesome and a cool atmosphere with friendly servers. We’re coming back with friends to eat and drink much more.

First, I absolutely adored my meal. I originally intended on just stopping by for a glass, but the aesthetic was so welcoming and the 32-page wine list was incredibly intriguing. I found myself looking through the endless options only to then be surprised by their food menu full of unique dishes — I couldn’t leave just yet!

Kabinett is an absolute knock out of a restaurant. Can’t believe our luck that this amazing place is open in Easton. The owners have brought their gorgeous vision of an Australian-German inflected upscale wine bar to life and every detail has been meticulously and lovingly thought of, from the comfy chairs (why is it so hard to find a comfy restaurant chair?!) to stunning bar, to each dish served and glass of wine poured. The food is out of this world. Expect creative dishes and new twists on old favorites like steak tartare with prawn chips and duck schnitzel. Don’t sleep on the veg dishes, which are also creative and delicious and never an afterthought. (The confit cauliflower is a stand out.) It is not an exaggeration to say that the extensive wine list is like none other in the state of Pennsylvania with many exclusive bottles and by-the-glasses (especially delightful German options) on offer that you will not find anywhere else. It’s not easy, but try to save room for dessert! Our recent favorite was the carrot cake. Overall, this place is special, but never pretentious. Elevated, but never intimidating. The staff is friendly, courteous, welcoming, and very knowledgable about the menu and wines. This is a wholly new concept of what a restaurant can and should be: excellent food at the fairest price possible, in a beautiful environment, paying fair wages to staff. (Yes, there is a 20% gratuity added to the final bill – that’s clearly printed directly on the menu, so no surprises there.) I, for one, am here for it. If the food and concept doesn’t interest you, kindly move along so I can keep getting a reservation! Because it won’t be long now til the rest of the world finds this magic place…

Lovely ambience, food made my wife cry from nostalgia of her aunt’s roasted chicken. I commend Kabinett for choosing Dietrich’s meat for the charcuterie plate we purchased as they have been a STAPLE in smoked meats for decades in Tri-county area. For the comments about “no free bread” and the “added 20%” GET OVER YOURSELVES. The employees at Kabinett have gone above and beyond to ensure a lovely experience and it went from 0 to 1,000 in comparison to what this location used to be. HIGHLY recommend this place as a relaxing and laid back meal with some delicious wines and whiskeys!
