The Interior Looks A Lot Better Than The Last Business That Was In The Building, Definite Improvement. Small Menu With A Few Good Options. I Had The #15 Which Is Rare Steak With Meatballs, I Opted Out Of Having The Meatballs & Was Happy With That Decision.

We are on a Tuesday night and we’re the only people there. There weren’t many people out that night on account of a blizzard the day before. The atmosphere was simple but comfortable and warm, our waitress was friendly and the pho was hot and wonderful.

I appreciate that you are trying to keep pho alive in Canon city. Vietnamese is my favorite food.. I cant help but say I was disappointed with the new pho in town. I travel the nation trying new Vietnamese restaurants wherever I go. In none of those I have had processed gelatinized meatballs within a medium rare meat noodle bowl. The flavor is off and down right wrong, and ruins the authenticity of it all. There is nothing special about either of the dishes my group had. The pork was rather cheap and tough and no unique authentic flavor. The spring rolls were good and the sauce was standard. I will go back in another week or two to see if they are still trying to change standard Vietnamese dishes into something they are not.

First time here. Googled a place near by to eat and found this place. Quality, great portion and Taste was so worth it. Friendly staff and the food was top notch! Way to go cook and way to go staff! Come here you will be happy you did!
