Jr Scott (Just Cooking BBQ & More) catered for my daughter’s second birthday party yesterday, and wowwww that food was a hit! First off the price, the price for how much food we paid for was crazy. It was so much food. Now the flavor We’re a Military family that’s been in Texas almost 3 years so we’ve been trying a lot of different restaurants. Hand down Just Cooking BBQ & More was the BEST food we’ve had since we moved to Texas. I will be catering again and bringing my family to the restaurant soon. I drove all the way from Dallas to try JC BBQ and it was worth the entire 2 hr drive! The food was delicious, it had that down home feel and taste! I had the Mississippi pot roast over mashed potatoes (only served on Thursday’s) with Mac and green beans and my wife had catfish with baked beans and Buffalo chicken fries. I couldn’t keep my hands off her fries, they were so cheesy and good! The pot roast was literally perfect, it was seasoned immaculately, tender as a baby’s bottom and lots of gravy, the potatoes were homemade and delicious, the Mac was cheesy and rich and the green beans were well seasoned and paired perfectly. I would return to this restaurant and order the same thing a million times. The only problem I have is that there isn’t one closer to me! Go try them, you will not regret it!

Good food friendly service. Thier Heaven on earth nachos are slamming. Give them nachos a try you’ll be running back for more. Everything on their menu is cooked to order but it’s definitely worth the wait. The new item I posted is a photo ocalled the Philly cheese steak loaded fries plate. Definitely another winner.
