Buyer Beware! This is not HIBACHI. I ordered Hibachi shrimp and was highly disappointed to receive a container full of Chinese style fried that was unusually crunchy and bland shrimp with vegetables that were not of the usual mix for Japanese Style Hibachi Shrimp. I only gave two stars because a because the white sauce was good. If you’re looking for quick-serve Japanese Food….Look elsewhere because this place is not it.

There food is amazing. One of my favorite dishes, is the Pork fried Rice with only egg and white onions with Honey Chicken. It’s always on point. If you’re in the area you must stop by and give them a try.

I called my order in for hibachi steak and chicken, and it was beyond what I expected. You get a good amount of fresh broccoli and onions, steak and chicken. So good! Very pleased.

In one word, this place is horrible! We waited almost an hour after their assigned scheduled pick up. To add insult to injury, we have multiple duplicate orders, so vegetarian and some meat – none of which were labeled. The woman who answered the phone spoke perfect english. She was courteous and repeated our order, but but once we tried to address our concerns, she feigned ‘not knowing english’. Food was lacking. Service was worse! With so many other options out there, this is a hard pass.

Placed an online order to be picked up at a certain time. Arrived at designated time and had to wait an additional 40 minutes. Food was not labeled so we had no idea which food was which. Food was mediocre. Would not recommend.

I know everyone loves this place because I sure did but tonight was the last straw for me !!!! for the last 2 times I came there was always something wrong with my food and customer service suck but I kept coming back but no more!!! I waited 30 minutes for me to get home and Comfortable to find out that my food is wrong so I take it back to wait another 25 minutes and then try to slack me on my food and gonna serve the food I bought back to someone else nah I’m good on this restaurant.. They could have done better . I’m gonna spend my money where i’m treated like something………………….. it’s 12/16/2022 try to reorder through uber eats and my food still was wrong !!!!!! I want my one star back !!!!!! and y’all need to learn Customer service people please stop giving them your money!!!!!!
