Affordable healthy options. Love the ease of ordering online and ability to get delivery or pick up. I have a small child so being able to have a hot healthy meal delivered when we have an emergency/illness makes me very grateful. Food is always super hot and fresh great flavor. We love coming up and doing the buffet when we want to eat out. Even during the week they have a really nice dinner spread. My little girl loves the sushi and ice cream.

The service was a -5 the young girl who sat us was very rude & needs to be taught manners. She was on her phone the entire time & was awkward the whole time. My chicken was pure fat & the one piece of chicken I thought I would enjoy was drier than the napkin I had to spit it out. Also, the soup & drink I had gotten as well both had hairs in it- around 3 in both. Never coming back EVER!!!

The food was honestly mediocre I went in there with family to eat and came out feeling a little sick from the food. The sushi wasn’t properly contained upon sight so we got none, the food tasted off, and the bathroom was honestly disgusting I’ve seen Walmart bathrooms cleaner.

Very little hot entree selection. If you were vegetarian there were green beans and mushrooms nothing else hot aside from soup. No noodles (out and never replaced). At the end of my visit they brought out a shrimp and krab dish. Crab rangoon were chewy. Shrimp had an off taste. Bourbon chicken was tough and dry. Soda machine was dispensing flat soda. Carpet is disgusting. Cans of open pudding stored in a Pepsi cooler. Do not recommend.

Everything was very clean, in particular the bathrooms which even smelled clean. The food was hot and delicious, and I love their selection. They have chicken, sushi, noodles, desserts, ice cream, and more. My sister and I both had a great time, and the place was so nice to be that we just stayed and talked for a while even after we were done eating. Thank you people at Jumbo Buffet!

Large selection of food to choose from and over 10 different kinds of sushi. The waitresses were friendly but stressed, 3 different managers would come out and tell them to do something like silverware, with the next one saying check your tables, the next one saying to take the bill to the table, then one of the previous 2 would come by asking why they weren’t doing the thing they were asked. None of the managers seemed to realize each one of them was making them stop what was just asked to do something else then complaining they weren’t doing the thing they specific manager said to do. The wait staff still smiled and were friendly to customers despite all that going on in the background.

I’ll start off with the customer service… the girl at the counter who seated us was a bit rude. As for the food it was not good at all. ALL of the chicken was dry and it was like eating jerky and they have a very very small selection as well. The fried rice was also dry like it had been sitting all day. I didn’t really have high expectations after reading a few other reviews. I definitely won’t be back and wouldn’t really recommend. They’re also very over priced for the selection they had. $31 and some change for two people lunch Buffett.
