Finally, a place that has Mexican food similar to real Mexican food. It is hard to find compared to the west coast authentic style Mexican cuisine. Well this for Vermont is it. Try their combos worth every penny. Their street tacos are mix and match and half the price compared to the horrible tasting place called Mad Taco down the street. This is my pick even over burlington area Mexican inspired places.

I ordered the classic chicken tacos, and as gross as they are, I would have rather had Taco Bell tacos, more favor for the dollar. The classic chicken taco meal comes with three tacos in a gravy dish(if you get soft shells). I got through one and a half and couldn’t finish. Sour cream and their house salsa couldn’t save these. That’s bad, since I love tacos, I mean everybody loves tacos, but I LOVE tacos. Lucky my girlfriend couldn’t finish her fish tacos and gave me one. It wasn’t bad for a simple fish stick in a shell, something you can make at home for a fraction of the price. They also do not have a military discount, so don’t bother driving the hour that I did to get there unless you’re going to Mad Taco around the corner.

I should have not tried Mexican food in Vermont. Their food are decent, probably most people’s favorite in VT. It might not be for Mexican food lover from the south. There was lacking in flavor.

Arrived before a Sunday dinner “rush” and was met by welcoming staff. The menu was apparently new and the waitress couldn’t answer a couple of questions about it but it wasn’t a huge deal. What threw me off was the number of times a waitress went by and none of the cups on my table were getting refills. Flagging someone down for a water refill isn’t common but I attribute that to a fairly young or new staff.

Comically Small burritos, think 1/4 the size of Chipotle at twice the price. They were good but not worth it at $4 breakfast burritos size. But it is a fun ongoing family joke how ridiculously small the burritos were. Funny, except I’m out $75 bucks and had to make a second dinner which kind of defeats the point of take out. No sides, no beans, no rice, no chips, no salsa, just a very tiny expensive petite burrito.

its a great place, huge selection of drinks. The food is cooked well and the sause is tasty. They have all the classic mexican food I wanted to eat. I love the cute glasses they put mixed drinks into. 10/10

Everything was delicious. I highly recommend the tamale fritters. Big thanks to Nile for suggesting the summertime white sangria. Street tacos were perfect for lunch.

Our server was wonderful! But the food was lacking flavor. Very bland for my palate. I was wanting to taste more garlic, cilantro, just spice in general.

Had a lovely lunch at Julio’s, I decided to go with the Cobb salad with an amazing cilantro lime dressing. It was absolutely delicious. Great atmosphere and great service.

Loved my meal and Margarita at Julio’s. I had a Mexican Rice Bowl which was out of this world. When I was asked which kind, I said, oh, are there different options? The pork plus apple and squash sounded like a great combo. The waiter said I’m sure we can do both, and they did!
