Was pretty much rushed by Zach to order and eat fast cuz they closed earlier than they used to and it was probably due to lack of biz there. I found a twig in my machaca chimi and told Zach but he told me it was part of a seasoning. Nonetheless he could have spent a minute to go consult with the cook that it was instead of blurting out an answer. He kindly reminded me that if i order that next time I need to remember that twigs will possibly go in ur mouth. I told him that I have been ordering that for 10 plus years there and he snapped that they haven’t changed their recipe so I didn’t appreciate the inferment that I was lying. My mom’s taco was falling apart and had a cheap shell.

Decent food. Tacky aesthetics. The service started off a bit slow, but after the initial slump, it was alright. I had the beef fajitas with corn tortillas and a margarita with sangria. My meal was plentiful and filled me up, and my aperitif was tasty. I have to say, though, the decorations aren’t appealing. There’s a tacky, pink neon light that basically serves as the principal lighting of the establishment, and the upholstery of the booths isn’t very nice. Nevertheless, the meal did the job, and I would eat here again.

This is our go to Mexican food restaurant. We ventured out and tried a few new places and always come back here. Great food and nice sized portions. Staff has been pleasantly prompt each visit. Had a frozen peach margarita tonight with fajitas. Great place for a family meal or date night.
