Stopped in with my husband for lunch. We are both a fan of thin crust and liked the idea that it was organic. My husband loved the mushroom topped slice and actually went back for seconds. I opted for the field salad which was chocked full with mixed greens, cranberries, candied pecans, apples, and goat cheese. It was very good; enjoyed the balsamic vinaigrette as well. The staff was very friendly; restaurant was clean. Great experience.

Jules provides exactly what its name says: thin crust pizza. They have a wide selection and variety of slices like Honey Sriracha Chicken and Pesto Spinach Salad, but also your standard ones like plain, pepperoni, and sausage. The prices are a bit high for what they offer, but the seasoning and flavors are solid. The slices and style remind me a little bit like pizza in Rome, though (just a little bit). It’s nice to try especially if you enjoy the crunchiness of thin crust pizza, but I probably won’t be back due to the higher prices (despite knowing that there’s likely a premium pricing due to its location in Princeton).

I got a gluten free small pizza with the vegan cheese and it was amazing! I am very allergic to dairy and gluten to I am weary of eating out but the service was so wonderful and I never once had a bad reaction. The pizza was delicious and better than most vegan pizzas I’ve had. The price was very reasonable as well. It was only $.75 increase for gluten free crust which was nice because most places charge $3.00 or more! Enjoyed every part of my visit

Excellent pizza. Not over priced. So many options. The staff was friendly. The staff was trying to keep up with demand of people. I give them credit. The garbage cans were over flowing and every table was dirty and sticky.

Finally tried Jules Thin Crust! My brother has been bragging about how delicious this pizza is and he was right. We were able to order by the slice and tried the Mediterranean, Pesto, Spinach and the Buffalo Chicken. All were very tasty, the thin Crust is crunchy and organic. Will definitely stop by again whenever I visit NJ again.

Pizza is really good. We had one cheese, one veggies and one meat, all good. They are in rectangle shape like flat bread. Crust is really thin and crispy. The bigger the size, the longer it is.
