I ordered a chicken strip basket and those strips tasted like some cheap tire rubber. Carowinds is a nice place but they need to step it up on their food game. I tried another place the next day on the on the other side of the park and the chicken strips tasted just as bad.

We were really hungry & SO disappointed by this food. So much grease, so over priced, and we couldn’t even get lids for our drinks. Not to mention, one of the 2 ice machines was broken & someone had a major blowout in the women’s bathroom…i had to alert someone. Blech

I have shared great family time here! I hope they keep it open. It is an option using an “All Season Dining” option when added to a Season Pass! Great food, good music, like the older cars out front! For visitors without the dining pass, you have the dining option of separate meals or a family chicken tender basket with fries, that comes with four drinks! It’s the best way to manage those hunger pangs! They have healthy options too! No excuses not to try this dining experience. They really have something for everyone!

The food is really good. It tastes well. The atmosphere is also fine to grab a drink a a good bite with your family, it might be more than enough for you. You might feel like coming back once you try it the first time. If you go to Carowinds, then it will give you the chance to take a nice break while you get ready to continue with your rides and enjoy the food they offer.
