First time going to Juicy Tails and absolutely loved it and found our spot! Food was spot on hit the cravings perfectly. Our waiter was super nice, helped us out and all around had a really great first experience and will be returning customers!

We got the crawfish and the half chicken. Spicy, and in Cajun seasoning. It was smothered in seasoning, but still neither dish maintained any flavor what so ever. The chicken was tasteless, and the crawfish weren’t even fully washed AND UNCOOKED! (Picture below) , the potatoes were also flavorless along with being squishy and soggy. The Cajun fries were soggy and limp. McDonald’s fries would have been 10x better. The only non disappointment from my 60 dollar meal, was the corn, which was mediocre. They were packaged, in 2 gallon bags, which leaked everywhere, and were a pain to get our food out. Never going back here again and I advise you do the same.

We always come in for Chicken Gumbo, Shrimp Tacos, or 2Lobster Tails 3potatoes 1corn. The side of parmesan fries are so delicious. The flavors have been appetizing and consistent for the past 2 years. The only suggestion for improvement is the salt in the Chicken Gumbo is too much. We prefer to add our own salt as needed rather than it already be overly salted. Service was acceptable every visit. The tap beer is average.

I’m from Houston, Texas and was initially concerned about crawfish season when I moved to NW Arkansas. Man, am I glad we found Juicy Tails though! No worries needed! The crawfish (and everything else we have tried here) are phenomenal! The corn and potatoes are cooked perfectly every time, too! Its always clean amd the staff is always great as well! We will continue eating here as often as possible as long as Juicy Tails is in business. Love this place!

Worst “seafood” ever. Overcooked, greasy and super salty or bland—no in between. Despite the fact their logo is a crawfish. They were “out”.

I have nothing but good things to say from our experience. This was our first visit and we will definitely go back. Deja was our waitress and she recommended the perfect seasoning for the boiled crawfish. She also recommended her favorite seasoning for my husband’s fries, which was also great. She was really friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Thanks for the great experience Deja!

Really bad. I had a friend recommend this place, they must have pretty low standards. There were chicken wing bones under the table I said ignore them and enjoy the meal. Got gator bites appetizer, it was pure grease, absolutely no flavor. Wife got crayfish fried, flavor was breading. I got soft shell crab po Bo. It was truly awful. I took one Bite of the soft shell it was a mushy mess of dirty nothing and just ate the cajun fries which were okay. Kid got a grilled cheese it was just a grilled cheese nothing special. I had been waiting to try this place for quite some time. Glad we did it when it wasn’t a special occasion. Avoid at all cost. Go to Blu fish or something different. Walmart prepaid is better. Service was good.

Food is still tasty albeit significantly more expensive than it used to be for quite a bit less food. The Po boy came with 15 fries, and my $23 pound of shrimp came with absolutely no sides whatsoever. The fried chicken was oversalted, but good otherwise, and came with a lot more fries than the po boy. The fried catfish was the best of the four, in that it was exactly what you expected.

We won’t be back. Very underwhelming. Fried calamari was plain, no lemon, no seasoning. Fries were hot and fresh. Gator po’boy was extremely tough and chewy, crab boil was okay (got all 3 seasonings). Sweet tea was good, very sweet. Water had some weird stuff on the ice. Don’t recommend.

I went for CRAWFISH and that’s it. I ordered Cajun mild and it tasted like WATER. I was told they boil the crawfish in water only and then add the seasoning. It’s not worth it. They can keep that nasty watery mess.
