So this place is very deceiving, from the outside It appears to be a traditional restaurant with servers. However, it’s not. You order at the counter and then sit and serve yourself whatever, though. The one-star rating comes from the fact that the staff is not the most courteous or professional. The food was absolutely disgusting! No flavor at all! It was so weird, like they didn’t even try to make it flavorful. It was literally a bag of wet food. Also, the crab legs had no meat in them. I’m not sure how that’s even possible. We ended up throwing the food in the garbage. This was very disappointing.

The food was delicious as usual. We got a #1 which was catfish and shrimp and a #8 which was the wings and tenders meal. Great experience overall it did however take a little longer than usual. If I had a complaint that would be it . Juicy Crawfish was hot and delicious.

My tilapia and wings were amazing. The fries not so much. If I come back I’ll definitely do without the fries. I did ask for extra crispy. Honestly they tasted like leftover old fries deep fried again. Not very appealing or tasty.

I started off liking their food, but somehow the food quality declined over the pass months. The fries are no longer crispy they are soaked in grease and soggy. I have notice hair in my food twice and the whole wings when ask to fry crispy still come out with not enough batter/ bread the skin on chicken is not crispy. Will not return back after second time with hair in food.

The food is good, but Jett, the young manager or whatever he is, needs some customer service skills. He is very, very rude and passes that same personality onto the other cashiers. I used to spend lots of money here, but never again!

The service is good. When you walk in there is no superficial setting that makes you uncomfortable. There are two television sets in the restaurant with one playing music, and the other showing either a movie or a show. The hostess was quite patient with me as I was placing an order for someone who was on the phone with me.

Rude staff and apparently they don’t know their own hours of operation! Went to the store with three children at 10:08 and the sign says they close at 10:30. The staff saw me at the door with the kids and when we knocked to ask what the actual closing time was, the staff looked at us, laughed, and then turnednaround without responding. Would have been my first time there but this branch will never get my business or money!!!

Hey guys! Take some great advice and PLEASE do not go here!!! The MANAGER hung up in my face after trying to place a order and when I called back and asked him about hanging up in my face, he admitted to doing so with no care!!! He told me he was done talking so he hung up! This place is extremely unprofessional and not worth spending your earned money. Please take my advice… You were warned!! Manager is a disgrace and there is always problems when I went here, they simply just Do Not Care about their customers and it really shows.
