The food: I would suggest to try the ‘juicy bucket A’ with the medium juicy bucket sauce. Which comes with snow crab, shrimp, sausage, potatoes and corn . Good prices and variety.

The food here is fantastic. The only thing that kept it from a 5 star review is it just seems like they need more staff. Our service wasn’t the best and it wasn’t because she didn’t try. It was just busy and maybe only 2 servers. I also agree with a previous review that said we got the same thing but didn’t have the same amount of food in our buckets which is strange but honestly it was a decent amount of food so it was fine. We will try again sometime!

The food was absolutely delicious! Chefs Kiss* We had the catfish basket with hush puppies and the small bucket with the juicy mix sauce, mild! It was our first time going tonight and we will be back for more! We’ve already told others how good the food was!

The food here was pretty good but the service and atmosphere was less than desirable. I will say we came in a large party of 9 but we ended up being there for almost 3 hours. The waitress came over and got our drink and appetizer order fairly quickly but didn’t come back for about an hour afterwards all the while we never received the appetizer. This to me would be acceptable if they were busy but there were only a few other tables in there besides us. After we finally ordered our meals they came fairly quickly but after we ate we waited another 45 minutes and finally had to literally find her and ask her to bring us our checks which took her another good 30 minutes to get sorted out correctly. All in all the food was good but it didn’t make up for the lack of service.

I use to eat Juicy Bucket alot. But it has definitely changed for the worse. So today, I ordered a Small bucket with EXTRA juicy mix sauce. Instead I got less than what is in a normal juicy bucket. This was a pickup. I rarely pickup. But, since there has never been an issue before I didn’t think to check my order. When I got home, I looked and seen that I had a juicy bucket with hardly any juicy mix in it. I called the manager who just wanted to argue about their f—up. I requested to be compensated for their mix up by requesting eggs along with the Extra juicy mix and was denied. Mind you, they only cost $1.99. The gas to drive back out for them to fix their mistake costs more than that. Her (manager) seen the bag and still tried to justify a tablespoon that had went into the second bag which it leaked to. Obviously if there is a whole in the bag and all you see is a tablespoon, the restaurant is obviously at fault. Instead of remaking me a fresh hot bag knowing I never touched the first bag, they opened it dumped it all in a fresh bag with the same food with a normal level of juicy mix sauce which was Luke warm when I received it and cold when I got back to the house. Needless to say, I would advise that you check your bag because they are NOT reliable when it comes to ordering online nor correcting their f—ups. I will NEVER order from this place again. Save your money and go to another seafood place because even the service when you dine in isn’t the same anymore. Such a shame that a place like this with so much potential has the worse management ever. How are you going to be arguing with a frequent customer that knows what their order normally looks and tastes like? Save your time and money and eat somewhere else.

Stopped here for takeout while staying in a nearby hotel. The food was amazing! Great price for the amount you get and everything was cooked and seasoned well. Will definitely stop here again when passing through the area!

Husband and I got an order of a pound of shrimp and a pound of crayfish flavored with lemon pepper. He called the order in and brought it home, it was still hot. I am extremely impressed with this restaurant, the food is delicious, all of the shrimp are deveined. We will definitely be back again. I honestly think they have the best shrimp around. Thank you for the awesome lunch!
