I believe this place is way overated. I ate here because I was on a lunch break and it was convenient. I asked someone if it was a good place to eat and they told me that it really depends on what you order. They did tell me, however, that their birria cheese tacos was very good, but honestly, it wasn’t… Sorry… It was greasy, heavy, and it lacked salt. Even their salsa, although fresh, lacked salt. On the plus side, the staff is very nice and they have really good prices. Maybe if I try something else I can change my mind but I doubt I’ll return.

This was excellent food with great service! The salsa was amazing! The selections in photo are the super burrito and carnitas combos. Either have a huge appetite for one or split a plate for two. Either way you will be pleased with what this restaurant has to offer!

WOW!!!! this has to be my ultimate FAVORITE Mexican restaurant. Being Mexican myself, I’m not a fan of restaurants when I can easily make the same foods at home. Today, my husband and I decided to do something different. The items on the menu caught my attention. Certain items I grew up with in California were on the menu and the other items were similar to my mom’s cooking as well as my Nana Lucy’s (R.I.P.)

This city has a lot of Mexican restaurants, but Juanita’s is my favorite. I feel like it is a hidden gem. Amazing food, good prices, and friendly staff. The only negative is that it is a far drive, but I am willing to go out of my way for the food. The 6 chicken taco deal is awesome
