We randomly stopped by this place after St. Patrick’s day parade. All the sushi and ramen dishes we ordered were fresh and delicious. The restaurant looks modern and nice for dine in. Service and staff were excellent she was very nice with my loud kiddos!

The best spot for ramen youll find nearby and my 2nd favorite overall Japanese restaurant in Morristown. Ju-Ichi is a terrific place with good food, good service, and great eats. The restaurant has a clean modern vibe. There’s no reservations so be sure to get there early or prepare to wait. The ramen is absolutely delicious and should not be missed.

I had lunch here today for the first time and got the sushi/sashimi lunch combo. I have to say, and I don’t say it lightly, the tuna and other fish were excellent. The tuna was really top notch and I tuna fish. I’ll check out the ramen next time I’m in town.

Came here to celebrate my anniversary the host and staff were great . We were greeted as soon as we walked in and we brought a sake bottle and they immediately offered to heat it up and offer us sake cups . The food was amazing by far my favorite was the Fire dragon roll amazing. Overall everything was delicious and very fresh . Definitely coming back !

Mentaiko Udon was amazing, and I like how they add kimchi. Kimchi was so crunchy which I love. The salmon nigiri was surprisingly really fresh and soft – I personally like my sashimi more thin Lolol but hey more bang for ur buck haha. Service was rlly nice and attentive. I went for lunch by myself and liked how it was a chill but clean and clam atmosphere! Would definitely come again.
