I have been to this place with 2 other previous owners. So it’s not really new to me but the new owners JR! They have definitely changed the atmosphere with there wings and fries. The bartenders are always nice especially Jessica she has such a great personality. I usually go early because it tends to get very busy later in the evening.

Mediocre service, some bartenders are nice, others dont kno how to work under pressure nd rude n ugly. Too little pool tables, a hassle to get a free one on weekend. Jrs got good food but harps is the spot for a good time! Not wasteing my money at jrs anymore that place ghetto. Owner a cornball too he dont speak up his employees run him. Its a no for me
