So I heard about this place from a radio show I listen to and decided to try it out. I ordered a 2 meat combo with chicken and chicken sausage with potato salad, beans, and a side of collard greens. The order came out fast and I dined on the outside picnic tables. The sauce was good, the chicken was tender, falling off the bone, and the chicken sausage was good flavor. Oh yeah, I did order a lemonade which was very good. The sides though were nothing to write about. They had no flavoring at all, very bland and not worth the money for the extra side I paid for. In all, I would not go back but it was an experience I needed to have. I spent $33 but in my opinion it was not worth the money. There are better bbq places in LA.

Pulled pork sandwich is amazing! Great flavor and portion size. Beans were also very good just a bit small. Man that took my order was very nice. Wonderful experience I’ll definitely be returning

Their beef ribs are PERFECTION – WAY better than Bludsoe’s. The photo shows only the last two of FIVE fall-off-the-bone, very meaty ribs! The owners are super nice folks too. I’ve also had the briscuit – super tender but a tad dry (but it was right at the end of the day). Their hot bbq sauce is genuinely hot, too! I really love this place and I’ll be returning!!!

Besides the food being mediocre (potato salad/cole slaw are not very good either) – the rib tips, which are listed as “all the meat with none of the bone,” are exactly the opposite! More than half the rib tips I got had bone. One last complaint (when ordering from Doordash) you list them as a sandwich – but, of course, it came as NOT a sandwich. But hey, thanks for the free slices of Wonder bread on the side – they’ll go nicely, into the trash…

So order 3 plates and the taste was terrible, don’t not do the cold slaw and beef brisket missing every seasoning there is! Rib tips seems like another type of meat.. they call there rib tip sandwich a plate with 2 pieces of white bread on side! Might as well order rib tip dinner with white bread as bbq spots give u anyways on the side! The seasoning is terrible !bbq sauce needs help! Cannot cook forget it …DONT NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Perhaps I should have waited until 6pm. I visited JRs @11am today. The Mac and cheese was delicious. So were the greens but the beef ribs had too much fat on them, and the meat tasted old. Had to throw out the ribs, rancid smell and taste. In fact, the beef ribs were so full of fat, it looked like pork. Covering bad meat with sauce makes it worse. Some parts appeared green in color. I even left a tip but that was for the service. Sorry, I won’t be back.

Some great flavor and and well cooked meat for BBQ. The pulled pork was as country as they come, just like a backyard BBQ. The ribs were seasoned well and had some serious kick. I took a star just because portion to price ratio felt like I could have been a little more, but no real complaints and it could be due to I have a big stomach. Definitely need to try their BBQ if you’re in the area.
