Their names were Jerry Haley, Robert Martin, Ellis Martin, Charles Lehman, and Keith Waltz. And, if you take the first letter of each of their names and put them together, you get the word, “JRECK.” Since then, JRECK subs stores have opened up throughout New York State and continue to offer the best-tasting subs around. The ladies working on Monday were swamped when I came in. I need four orders of Fries and they already had a backed up fry line, they didn’t complain or even look annoyed (I’m sure I would have been lol) they got all the orders out ahead of me and then mine and wished me a great day. I have to applaud them for their speed, cleanliness, and customer service. You guys did amazing!

Functional Hot Mess
Jreck’s in Philly has top notch customer service & the serve breakfast! Even when there is a line, they are efficient and you won’t be there long. You can even drop off a well written list and they will whip out those subs and sides for you! The staff has personality and is accommodating!

Normally I’m very happy and satisfied with our orders, but today was not the case for our order. We asked for extra Mayo on our subs, got hardly any, the sub roll (mine in particular) was completely torn. I might as well made a sandwich at home and saved the money. I understand there may have been a new person working, but it’s common sense to not continue preparing a sub if the roll completely tears apart. I will come back but if a trainee is working, I will not order anything unless they are properly trained.

Just ordered 2 steak and cheese subs with extra cheese. One was melted on the grill the other was cold cheese thrown on top when I asked why I was told the meat was burning so had to take it off the grill… and couldn’t melt it. Learn how to cook. Guess I better start driving a bit further down the road to subway if want a good sub!!
