The food is really good! I’ve been coming here for years. The people are nice enough, and the ambiance is decent. I think the prices are a bit on the high side for what I get, which is why I don’t go often, but other than that, I totes recommend.

Steamed vegetables were not cooked at all literally raw hard as a rock. My wife had to cook them for our family to be able to eat dinner. The chicken was cold and dried out. When I called to talk to them they said I had to bring the food back it’s 109 today not going back out in that. No offer to make things right then just decided to hang up on me. They have lost my business after years of going out of my way to their shop.

Seriously a great place to grab some grub! Can’t find a teriyaki food place that tops this. Only gripes is the inside is always a touch dirty. My go to stop for a chicken/pork bowl 😀

Metal staples in my food. Ordered the Chicken Yaki Udon. It had two choices, tofu OR vegetables. I chose tofu. Got no chicken (as implied by the name??), and got barely any tofu or noodles, mostly vegetables.

The food is the best part about this place usually is cooked well and tastes on par. Yet, the place is filthy so I can’t quite enjoy it the same way. The service was fine but I too have paid two dollars more per plate than expecting. Wish they would revamp the whole location.

I was picking up for Uber, and I noticed there was a drink on the order. After asking the guy at the counter if the soda was in the bag, he hands me an empty cup, wordless. “What the heck is this?” I ask, and he says it’s for the soda. And I’m like, “What kind of soda?” And then a lady comes out and tells me I have to call the customer to ask. What on earth? How is your system so bad that you don’t know what kind of soda your customers want? I’ve done over 2000 orders with Uber, and I have never seen a restaurant have this problem.

Worst customer service. Called 20 min before “closing time” was hung up on multiple times. Finally a female answered and just laughed and could hear all employees just joking around in the background

Food is really good, but the restaurant is a bit dirty. Staff don’t seems like they want to be there, and every time I visit there is a fight happening in the kitchen. Beef bowls are worth it though.

We had a really good experience the first time we had joy.. well this time we got soggy egg rolls, dry and hard chicken, burnt chicken in my husbands spicy chicken bowl, veggie tempura was stale and really, really hard to bite into (like a rock), the sushi was really bad, the cucumber mushed in my hands…
