I’m sorry but when it’s not right it’s not right, I ordered my food on the phone Togo get there nothing is ready they were not busy the cashier said he just got there he see where I ordered my food but he don’t know what happened so I said ok I’ll wait so I waited and they got done pretty fast I get home!!!! Ok I ordered four entrées cold bland when I say bland I mean bland the noodles were stickie the Tofu was white as snow. I was just there a few days prior and the person that cook that did amazing it was delicious this time I ordered four because I’m having a party at work and it was horrible. It was nasty. I’m not one to write a bad review but I called them and I let them know that this was not prepared correctly and that it was called sticky bland no flavor at all at 9 o’clock at night. He said oh can you bring them back? I said no can you bring them in the morning? I said no I have a party I got them for a party they are banking that I’m bringing this dish , he said can you bring them Saturday? I said are you kidding me I said look let’s go half-and-half on it and make it. Danielle just give me half back and I’ll keep the messed up food I just bought he said I will come pick up I said no I have a party to go to in the morning I have to go to bed have to be to work at six in the morning , this being said they wouldn’t offer anything and I am so sad because now I’m never going back. I thought this was a good place to eat which is worth but just not this time I’m not saying this horrible horrible horrible place but I’m saying when a Restaurant do something wrong , they should own up to it and fix it. I’m in in this message with if it ain’t right it’s not right fix it you lost a customer.

We were wanting something quick for dinner that was not McDonald’s/Taco Bell and was close to our home. We gave this place a try – getting our food to go…I selected Chicken Teriyaki with Rice/Salad. My husband selected the Beef Teriyaki Rice Bowl because it had the most “Rice” option with Egg Rolls. Our order took a little long because of the “beef” option. Overall the food was the same that can be obtained at places that serve these types of food. The egg rolls were okay but very crispy. The salad – although plain – was my favorite but needed more dressing than the little cup provided. The portion quantity is great for sharing. We will be back though since it’s local and close by and will satisfy my craving for Teriyaki.

You won’t regret it the most fresh and tasty food I have ever had. The place is relaxing, the Windows are huge so it creates this relaxing atmosphere especially when the sun comes out. The place is spotless really clean and organized. The service is amazing the people that work there are very friendly. You can instantly tell that the food is prepared and made fresh. And the prices are so worth the value that you get in each plate.

Ordered Mongolian Beef and a Pork Bowl with Gyoza and Chicken Egg Rolls, the Mongolian Beef was pretty bad, normally you use flank steak or at least thin steak, but they used thick chunks of steak which meant less flavor in each bite. The sauce was watery and didn’t have much flavor. The container was also leaking and had a mess when it arrived. The pork bowl was actually a steak bowl, definitely not pork. It was very disappointing because the other Joy Teriyaki was amazing (the one in Camas) so not sure why there’s such a big disconnect here. Will not be ordering from this location anymore.

the meals may be underwhelming visually, but the taste is good. it’s clean here and very modern feeling. Favorite was the bugolgi bowl (order with a side of kim chi). mongolian beef was a little tough/chewy but good flavor and nice to have it come with vegetables. the yakisoba chicken was good. it’s true the side of stir fry veggies was 90% cabbage and less other vegetables. but otherwise convenient and will eat here again!

Tonight I tried Joy Teriyaki for the first time. I really enjoyed it. I got the combo plate with chicken teriyaki and fried shrimp. The portions were generous and I couldn’t finish it all . The shrimp was probably my favorite, it was just so well fried !

The food here is always very good however they were incredibly understaffed and had just two employees. We ordered ahead and I still sat 30 minutes waiting for my food even after I got there. So in total between when I called and when I got my food 1 hour was how long it took. And I only live 3 minutes from the location. Hopefully they can get more staffing because it’s a great location.

A great, local restaurant that continues to deliver great food and service in these challenging times. I ordered from them last night, and received this giant plate of food, in a quick and timely fashion! They continue to excel at delicious food, and I highly recommend them should you have an itch that teriyaki can only scratch.

I have never dined in. That being said we have ordered from here in person to go a few times. Food has always been correct, large portions. Decent priced, and orders are correct with a reasonable wait time. It’s a very busy parking lot (high traffic) in and on the streets surrounding.
