I write a lot of reviews of places I grab some food, I have been in the store for beer, lottery. ..etc,,so I decided to try the Joy Teriyaki for the 1st time, I got the Chicken Teriyaki, try simple 1st, order it,went next door for beer, came back in minutes and my order was done, I saw this small sealed container, $15 bucks later got home and. had shoe leather chicken, tasteless rice and wilted cabbage with a piece of carrot and broccoli, the meal let’s say was a disappointment, I thought I would try them, that’s the last time, I’m mad I didn’t just go even closer to my house, and see MI at Bento Box, absolutely the best food in the area they take their preparing their food, and it is abundant in flavor…..

I came here a few years ago and had a good experience, but I am saddened to say that the quality of the food has gone significantly down. The rice for the sushi was extremely sour and inedible (we ended up only eating the salmon because the aftertaste of sourness lasted a long time), and the yakisoba was so greasy I also couldn’t finish it. The rice that came with the yakisoba was dry. The portion for the yakisoba was significantly less than previously. The total of two rolls and a veggie yakisoba was over $40, and we couldn’t finish the food due to the poor quality. I would highly recommend Joy Teriyaki reconsider its quality control and customer service.

Ordered honey garlic chicken and side of egg rolls paid 30.00!!! Portion wasn’t that big and half of it I couldn’t eat because the chicken pieces were like eating the crunch part on a chicken wing!! I wish I could post a picture!! Nope won’t eat here again very disappointing ….the only good thing is employees are very friendly….I posted a pic of chicken pieces in photos

Lots of tofu options on the menu. First time trying this place, I got the sesame tofu and an avocado roll; the food was hot and fresh despite being ordered for delivery via UberEats late at night. Very well packaged. Definitely one of the best options for places that are open late, with LOTS of vegetarian options

The people I ordered from and picked up from were very nice. But I was honestly left disappointed. The sweet and sour chicken was extremely salty and the meat was a bad dry texure. I got the shrimp crunchy roll with crab and the crab tasted just only like cream cheese or more like sour cream ish. The shrimp in it was good.Just not that good overall I’m sorry.
