1st timer here. I went to this restaurant today after noticing the buffet sign on the window. Walked in & no buffet. Ordered a meal from the not-so-friendly female. Let’s just say…. interactions with customers should be pleasant & welcoming, not snarky & bothered. Be happy to welcome the $$ walking in the door.

Delivered through grub hub. I have ordered multiple times and never had an issue until now. Ordered sweet and sour chicken combo. This picture is of a piece at the bottom of the dish. It was blackened on the outside and inside.

First time to the restaurant. I heard in the past it had good food. So I thought since I lived in the area I would give it a try. Food is good. I thought the price was comparable with other restaurants. Not happy when I walked into the restaurant it was disappointing chairs on the table. It just didn’t feel inviting. The young lady who took my order was standing behind a glass wall wearing a mask talking to me. I’m hard of hearing it was hard to understand. ( maybe she was gaving a bad day) We got through with order. I was happy with my order. But getting to that point was a bit frustrating. There will be other times I’ll go and try different dishes. See if the attitude changes the next time.

This food use to be good. I orderded what I would normally order like 2-3 years ago. Fried rice no peas no carrots sprouts and green onions and white onions. I asked for that today sand I got an onion and a half. Not satisfied at all. This use to be my second place of choice. But never now.

The best Chow Mein in the Twin Cities. Vegetables are always crispy. Must be freshly made. I reheated leftovers the next day and the Vegetables were still crisp. Great flavor and texture. A must try experience.

I order from Joy Luck whenever I am tired of Olympics or when my son wants sugar bread. The prices here are quite affordable especially during lunch. The oyster chicken here has way to many vegetables and the oyster sauce used is very dull. Tastes more like chicken stir fry. The sesame chicken and any type of fried rice is amazing. The cream cheese wontons are not worth the money and the ones at Yaun Yauns taste better. The beef and broccoli is good and the shrimp toast is my favorite, however sometimes it is extremely greasy. Another favorite that I have to get is the teriyaki chicken on a stick! I advise to always have two orders if you have to share. I have always ordered from here offline and can’t say much about their customer service, however the delivery guys are always pleasant.

i accidentally placed a delivery order before reading the reviews on Joy Luck, so I was expecting it not to be so good, per the poor reviews. Especially since I am really ‘picky’ and sensitive to meat and msg – for example – i can’t stand dark meat or crappy quality meat. To my surprise it was really very good. Delivery came in less than 45 minutes, all the food was good, some was even exceptional(!), and I did not experience any poor customer service. Although, I had very little contact with any humans as I ordered online and the delivery dude just handed me the food, took my moola and bolted. The veggie fried rice was really good, veggies cooked perfectly, and extra veggies at my request. the chicken egg rolls and wontons were super. I was pleased with everything and will probably order from here again in the near future. thanks!

The place looks closed. There are no lights on except in the kitchen. I used to come here and get great Chinese food. I don’t recommend it anymore. My lady and I both felt ill after eating it.

Really good Chinese food. They deliver for free, and bc there are limited delivery options in the neighborhood we are lucky to have them!
