Ordered Uber Eats from here for dinner last night 8/23/22 and it was quick, easy, and delicious! Best Chinese food I’ve found in the area in years (and in general)! Not sure why the rating is so bad but my whole family loved it. It was hot, fresh, and more tasty than most other places. Highly recommend!

Zero stars, actually. Placed an order with them through Uber Eats. Expected delivery 40-50 minutes which is reasonable for delivery and everything seemed normal. I was keeping tabs on the order for delivery updates. Order was in the car, being driven, even had an Uber driver name and contact who was minutes away according to the app. Open the app again after an hour saying suddenly the restaurant had cancelled my order. No alert, no phone call, nothing from the restaurant. I proceed to call the restaurant and the woman said ‘oh yes, let me check’ then abruptly hung up and refused to answer the phone after I tried back multiple times. So that was a nice touch after over an hour of waiting. At least communicate if you cannot fulfill an order and contact a person who was about to spend almost $100 at your establishment. I’ll take my money elsewhere. This place will be out of business soon if this is normal practice.

Don’t bother. They should get zero stars. Worst service. I used to order from them all the time. The last time I ordered was 2 years ago. They took two hours to deliver human chicken. I live 5 minutes from there. They never called. I figured they had time to work out their stuff. Nope. Ordered delivery for my whole family and when I called to check on my order an hour later they said they were too busy to deliver and that would have to come pick it up. I got there and they told me I would have to wait for them to make the order. I asked them why they didn’t call me earlier and they said they were too busy. There was no one there. The inside looks like every health violation possible. Sub par food in a disgusting space with the worst possible service.

The staff is wonderful and the food is wonderful. The first time I went, I had accidentally placed an order at another Joyluck restaurant. After arriving and realizing this mistake, I cancelled the other order and they cooked up my food in less than five minutes.

Terrible service. 1. The person who took order Spoke very poor English. It was almost impossible to communicate. 2. They said they were very busy and it took 1 hour for delivery but pick up would have been 10 min. 3. The delivery person was really Rood yelled at me for not coming down quickly (I came down 4 min after I received a call). 4. There were no forks knifes and napkins in the bag (and we told them that were are staying in the hotel!). I really don’t recommend this place. 2 stars are for ok food.

This was my first time ordering from joy luck and I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The shrimp that was in the shrimp egg foo young were overcooked. The fried dumplings were perfectly cooked to a golden brown and the other side was burned. The only positive about Joy Luck is that they were linked with Door Dash for delivery.
