I have been coming here since a kid because they simply are a great restaurant. Great prices and good food. They accidentally heard my order wrong and were very quick to replace it for free. Great customer service. I hope this review and me being a customers helps keep them open for many many years to come

Run down Chinese restaurant with exactly what you’re looking for. Good Chinese food. Eat on an empty stomach after drinking for 10/10 experience.

First restaurant I went to in Framingham, best restaurant I went to in Framingham.

It’s a hole in the wall takeout only venue. It’s also one of Framingham’s hidden gems when it comes to Chinese takeout. We order from here a few times a month and find the food to be fresh, tasty, and in decent portion sizes. Service is very quick too.

I tried this Chinese place for the first time and it was great! I ordered chicken with mixed vegetables for dinner- everything was very fresh and not dry. There was a nice assortment of vegetables and rice included no extra charge. The portion was very generation for $10 I think it was good. The place was very busy but I only waited about 10 min for my food.

Joy Luck Club (JLC) gets a good review from me as a combination of respect for their operation handling and their food. Their food is not the best American Chinese food out there. And you’re likely not going to purchase traditional Chinese dishes here. You’re likely to grab an American style Chinese plate like Pork Fried Rice with Beef&Broccoli and some chicken fingers. This is where JLC shines. They’re also in a tougher part of Framingham that often has some interesting people outside on the sidewalk. That can out strain on a business, because they have to adapt to some less pleasant personalities that walk into their restaurant. JLC is also open very late and in a City where I think places close far too early on average, I respect their late hours. So again, choose another place for traditional dishes, but if it’s midnight and you just have to get your American Chinese food fix, give JLC a try. They’re a local business, so buying one plate won’t break your bank and it will help the community. Enjoy!
