It is order at the counter, not a sit down waitress kind of restaurant. It allowed some flexibility and option with menu. I wanted lots of vegetables and almost ordered the bibimbap made with 7 different veggies and rice, but I said I wanted something much hot temperature food, but NOT spicy. I ordered soup with soft tofu and some veggies but still was a bit spicy. Because my stomach doesn’t like spicy, next time order the bibimbap if you love your veggies. Always know what is MOST IMPORTANT & MOST FUNCTIONAL INGREDIENTS when you eat @ home, when eat out. Ingredients seem fresh, friendly accommodating staff.
