I’ve never had anything here except the Pho Ga — it’s so good, that’s all I’ll get. The ginger scallion dip is also very good. Service is fast, it’s cheap. I miss going here once a week.

I came during lunch with colleagues just before noon. The place was surprisingly empty at the time. It started to fill up while we were there, but never got completely filled and they still had seats available by the time we were all done. This does not happen very often in this neighborhood. Most decent places in this area gets packed with lines out the door during the lunch hour. This place is known for their Pho Ga (chicken noodle soup), so I had to give it a try. Most of their customers do order this dish. It’s definitely not bad, but its not the best Vietnamese style noodle soup out there. I would go back if I were ever in the mood for chicken noodle soup, otherwise I would much likely prefer to go up the block to the other Vietnamese Restaurant that have much tastier beef noodle soup. Do know that the bowl of soup does not come with vegetables, its only garnished with parsley and onions. If you want greens or other veggies with your soup you’ll need to specify when ordering. They do also give you a side of their house made dipping sauce for the chicken consisting of oil mixed with finely chopped ginger and onions (this is a very nice touch!). We also ordered their grilled chicken wings, it wasn’t bad but it did not scream out delicious. Do try if you are ever craving for Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup, however go elsewhere if you are particular about this style food.

good food, good prices! We Came as a family trip to Chinatown. There was 20 of us. The waiter did everything in his power to take good care of us. Food was served quickly and was very tasty. Kind of a small restaurant but they still manage to fit all of us together in one long table.

After the pandemic, the noodles weren’t good as before, a bit disappointed.

Mongolian beef over rice was the best I had in a long time.

Their main chicken noodle soup is simple but well balanced flavor. Broth has some grease, which I prefer but for those who wants very lean broth might not take. Served with ginger scallion side sauce to dip the chicken in. Chicken is tender and not dry and broken into perfect bite size pieces. I love their chili oil with enough heat and flavor without any burnt taste. Highly recommend for the windy sf weather. One of those soul food.

The wontons were good but the proteins left a lot to be desired.

Great tasting noodles, particularly their shredded chicken pho. The chicken pieces would be even nicer if the prices are more finely shredded. The size was good and price is reasonable. Pity they didn’t have the typical coconut drink. Service was good and friendly by a fairly senior waiter who recommended a nice soy milk.
