Beautiful restaurant with delicious food! You can see that this is a labor of love and a place we plan to return to again! Great for a date night or a quick lunch. Highly recommend.

Drove from Altoona to experience this new Indian option – so worth it!! The restaurant is beautiful. We tried the Chicken Tikka Butter Masala, the Butter Chicken, and the Lamb Vindaloo. Each entrée is served with rice, lentils, and naan. The rice is fluffy, and the lentils are so robust in flavor. We upgraded the standard naan to garlic naan, it was the perfect addition – being able to dip the garlic naan into the various sauces was delicious. Of all the entrées, the Lamb Vindaloo was the “spiciest,” although it is still palatable enough for those that might be afraid of heat. The waitress told us, in the future, you can add heat levels to the food by request. We ordered cocktails as well. Personally, my favorite was their passionfruit caipirinha. Sweet, citrusy, and rummy. Yum! The chef personally walked over to all seated tables at some point during our meals to ask about our experience and food. (As the restaurant gets more traffic, please keep in mind the chef makes all food *to order*! If you’re there on a busy day, kick back, order a drink, and let the expert do his thing!) We will definitely be returning to try all the other choices!

Remarkable flavor! I had the spicy chicken curry and the wife had the mushroom and green pea khichdi. Both were amazingly flavorful. All of the staff was very attentive and nice. Chef stopped by the table to see if everything was to our liking. Cheryl also stopped to see if we were happy with everything. We will definitely be back!

This was such a wonderful experience. The chicken curry I had was not only delicious but beautiful. The servers were friendly and attentive. The restaurant atmosphere is lovely. We are lucky to have such a dining experience in our town.

I was in town from Pittsburgh and accidentally stumbled across this gem! I had the chicken curry and it was so good, you can tell the chef puts their heart into the meals. So tender and flavorful. Also, we got LOTS of bread! You can tell the food is authentic and the service was great. If I’m ever in the area again, I will be coming back!

We stopped in a couple of weeks ago for lunch after passing through Johnstown, and I can’t stop thinking about how wonderful the food was. This was hands down, the best food I’ve ever eaten. Not just the best Indian food, but the best food I’ve EVER had. I highly recommend. The owner makes all of the food himself, and his passion and talent is incorporated in every dish. Journey is the real deal, I can’t wait to go back.
