First time here but it will definitely not be my last. The margaritas are amazing! We tried the Golden Margarita, Prickly Pear and Spicy Watermelon – which was the absolute best hands down … refreshing, flavorful and strong enough to get you tipsy. I ordered the Taqueria Salad which came in a crispy tortilla shell … super cool concept! The salad was a good portion and fresh. We also ordered some chips and salsa as an appetizer. Those chips were so yummy – thin yet crisp! Atmosphere was great as well (we opted to sit outside), service was prompt and our waiter took great care of us. Will definitely give this another try in the near future.

Amazing!! Lovely service a little a loud inside heads up but this definitely earns the Michelin star. I’ve gotten the chicken burrito as a bowl (very hot! Get no chipotle sauce and it’s a lot of food) plus the classic margarita flight. The blue one is SUper sweet and it has a very high % of alcohol so be aware. I recommend just getting one regular margherita.

Stopped in for lunch and was seated right away! Service was friendly & attentive. To drink we had spicy watermelon margarita & the peach sangria. They both were super tasty & pretty. For apps we ordered the street corn (off the cobb) and it was amazing! We also had chips and salsa (which was good) but gave the chips a thumbs down as they tasted of old fryer oil. For entrees we had the Baja shrimp tacos (were very good) and the braised pork (which were too fatty). The side of rice and beans were mediocre at best. Rice was crunchy & beans were flavorless – so I would suggest saving your money on adding them to the side. Overall, we enjoyed the ambiance & service. Some of the food items need a little bit of correction to really up their value.

I don’t believe I have ever tried a mediocre Mexican food before. Taco Bell food taste better than this, and I am not a fan of Taco Bell mediocre food. The food had too much vinegar taste. I am not a Mexican cook or Mexican but I never tasted vinegar on Mexican food before. The only thing that had no vinegar was the chips and salsa, the rice, and our good Dragon Fruit mojitos. The sopaipillas were not even close to real sopaipillas. They look good but the consistency and taste doesn’t meet the looks. Nice interior decoration but won’t be taking friends or family here to disappoint on food taste. Other than that the server was very nice and professional.

It took a bit until our server came to the table, but as soon as she arrived, she was very good with us. For our preference, I can say they add too much paprika. It can be better

The food was really good. We sat outside so it was a little warm, but we like it that way. The waiter took a while to come get our drink order and after we got our food he didn’t come ask for about 8-10 min later.

Jotoro was quite the experience, despite having to wait 45 minutes to be seated in was super pleased to see a couple vegan options available . I decided to go with the plant based Chorizo tacos which came topped with vegan chipotle mayo, pickled red onion and pineapple salsa . I added a touch of Cholulas Green Pepper Sauce and the tacos were amazing! Unfortunately for two tacos it costed $14 bucks and to add an additional one would be $9 being that it was Cinco De Mayo I expected some sort of grace or deal but that definitely wasn’t the case . The tacos were amazing regardless but definitely not worth the price . Lastly I had the “Fast and Furious Flight” that came with 3 cocktails one of which being their strongest called The Bull as well as “Mi Casa “ and “Prickly Pear Margarita” . Our server definitely didn’t lie when she said the flight was the strongest they all packed quite the punch and I left feeling amazing. The vibes are pretty decent and the area is nice definitely a place to come to for a taco Tuesday night out with friends.

So much potential I was really disappointed. My food sucked and soaked in Korean BBQ sauce. My son loved his food but he never complains so idk if he was being honest but he ate it all. Customer service was great but it’s too much going on for me.

Not trying to be mean but I’ve had better tacos from a food truck. They’re not bad they simply are just ok. Not impressed at all especially at those prices. If you like to overpay for ok food then go for it and try it out. We did and it’s a no for us.

This was a pleasant surprise as good Mexican is hard to find in Tampa. Their chips are the best, street corn very fresh and flavorful, and chicken fundido burrito an explosion of wonderful tastes. When at Sparkmans Warf, def hit this place.
