The first couple of times I ordered from here everything was perfect. The order was correct, food was fresh, good tasting, hot, and delivery was great. The third time I ordered, I was charged a delivery fee despite having Seamless+, my order was missing items (that I was charged for), and the food was barely warm. I called the restaurant to talk with someone about the situation and they told me to call Seamless and deal with them. I did and was given a partial refund. Tonight I placed what will be my last order with Joseph’s Dream Burger of Coney Island Ave. The order was wrong, the food was ice cold and very oily, no utensils or napkins were included despite being requested (again), the chicken was tough and tasted old, and the burger barely had any of the requested topings on it. Also, in the delivery instructions I asked to be called when the delivery person arrived. Instead, I received a text saying my food was delivered and found it hanging on the front door. This isn’t the reason the food was cold because I retrieved the order immediately after getting the text (I had the phone in my hand when it came in). I am extremely disappointed in the way this location does business and will not be ordering from there again.

I never leave reviews, but this was an egregious case. After waiting an hour for my burger I called to check the status of the order. The guy picked up the phone and told me that the burger was ready to be picked up, on my question when will it be picked up he replied that he doesn’t know.-) Finally 20 minutes later I have received my burger almost called. When I opened the package I’ve noticed a black hair inside the burger. Threw everything in the garbage. Please stay away from this disgusting place where owners are rude and disrespectful to their customers.

The food is the same only in the past month they raised the prices of everything by $3-4!! We get everything is more expensive. Just apparently the owner thought that’s just for him To raise it $1-2 ok but 3-4!! Last time. Next time I go across the street to sub sational same great food only decent prices

Poor service, I drove in 30 minutes to pick up food, I made an order at the store and was sitting around waiting for 35 minutes neae the cashier, until I asked several workers if they seen my order, not ticket with my name was there, then they realize my order ticket accidentally fell behind the register, when the cashier finally realized I been waiting 35 min, he had them rush my food, and didn’t even offer any compensation for making me wait 45 minutes for my order of two items.

Excellent service! 1000 stars! I ordered a burger and I wanted it to be well done, they gave me a new burger free of charge. The guy was so nice abt it! Not only did the guy give me a new burger, he gave me a bun, cut it in half and wrapped it like a new order! This store deserves 1000+ stars for their costumer service and food
