This waffle sandwich place is DELICIOUS! These waffles (some sweet, some savory) are made with love and with incredibly fresh ingredients. The waffles are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I wish there was a location near where I live, I would go ALL the time. And this restaurant is 100% gluten free which is even more incredible! Made my celiac heart so happy. Not to mention the people who own it are so kind and are clearly so passionate about serving incredible food to the community. 10/10

WOW. In my 10 years of GF, this is one of the, if not best loaves of gf bread I have ever had. We got the sesame rustic loaf. The crust, texture, freshness and quality is incredible. The owner is so lovely and great service. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

We drove an hour to try these gluten-free treats and it was totally worth it! Great assortment of sweet and savory waffles. The owner was very kind and shared more about his pastry options (available on weekends) and his breads (which had already sold out for the day). We will definitely be back!

I’m giving this place a five star rating. This was the best gluten-free bread and waffles we have ever had. The pastries were delicious as well. The owner is very conscious of all allergens. He makes many things that are vegan and keeps nuts out of his products. My whole family is gluten-free and we loved it. My daughter is gluten-free and is also allergic to nuts and dairy and eggs and she was able to eat many things. This is a true gem I highly recommend stopping by.

This place is phenomenal! They are all gluten-free, but you would never know. The owners are very kind and passionate about great, gluten-free French treats. We had a sweet waffle, a savory waffle, madeleines, and purchased some fresh bread to go. All of it exceeded expectations!

Finally made it to Josephine GF and can’t wait to come back. Got the okey smokey savory waffle and wolfed it down. Even without all the toppings the waffle was very flavorful. It was perfect for a quick lunch bite. Only one 2 person table outside but you can find benches on the area. Thanks Josephine GF. Hope to come back soon

The best gluten free waffles I ever had! The owner was very kind and knowledgeable about the best mixture for the waffles. Provided excellent service and great conversation while I waited. 100% will recommend and will likely be coming back here often. It’s all 100% gluten free and it is a gluten free dedicated bakery. I have celiacs and I had no issues here.

Josephine’s GF came highly recommended by several people. I took my mom, who has Celiac’s, for her birthday. We live in White Marsh, so it was quite the drive. We have been to two other dedicated GF bakeries and enjoyed those very much. I wanted to surpise her with a new place.
