Follow your nose ..☁️.. The smoke is rolling from the smoker and the female pitmaster has the BBQ chicken , pork , and brisket down pat! Fantastic sauces, great service, good sides, and plenty of drink choices including seating inside the market. You have to try the ‘Bama White Sauce….on the Chicken !! The Pork is tender and succulent. Will have to try the Brisket next time.

We used Jordan Springs for catering about 40 people and we received so many compliments on the food!! We had smoked pulled pork, pulled chicken, mac and cheese, potato salad, baked beans, cole slaw and buns, all under $300. The meat is seriously so delicious you don’t want to hide the flavor using a bun. The Alabama white sauce, where has it been all my life? It is good for a sandwich spread, veggies dip, as well as with their pulled chicken.

So, I pass by this place every single day, and I never went inside because it looks like it is just a gas station. Some coworkers recommended we come out to eat. Wow. I cannot express how pleasantly surprised I was. The staff are so incredibly friendly. They make you feel at home and help you with the menu. The place has a real small town feel to it, and there is seating inside at the end of the store. When the food came….wow. Talk about some great smoked flavor! You can occasionally catch some special dishes in here, so you need to come back often.

I tried their pork BBQ prior to placing a catering order last weekend, and it was top notch. Therefore, I already had high expectations before picking up the order which included smoked chicken, pork BBQ, and brisket for 140 people. Everything was perfect—the quality, the service, the cost, and the portions. This is a great business and we’re fortunate to have them in the area. The food is good but if you want to use them for catering don’t hold your breath. It took 2 months to get the quote we were promised and you can never reach the owner on the phone. Always a different excuse as to why she couldn’t answer or return your call.
