Hubby and I wanted to try a new establishment that makes subs. So we tried Jon Smith Subs. Customer service was very good. It took a while to get our order. Even though there are many people working the kitchen, they are obviously not in tune with each other. I call it an organized/ unorganized mess. When they bagged our order, they were all confused about what order was what. I had to check my order to make sure no bacon was on my sub. What I should have done was check my husband’s sub because it was wrong. He ordered the Kielbasa sub and got a steak. Ugh. It will definitely be a minute before we return. Notice the difference in our fries. Hubby’s fries were not fully cooked.

Ok here we go. The food was good. But, when I tell you the meat to bun ratio wasn’t it. I got the steak bomb with no bacon. And on each sub we basically had so much bread left over because it wasn’t enough meat and condiments. Honestly subway would be a better choice. I’ve read other reviews where they have had the same problem. Everyone was nice and pleasant.

The customer service was great, very kind staff. The place seemed like a nice Ethiopian spot with American Sandwhiches. There is plenty of seating, clean and would be a nice little place to rent out for a small event. The food was ok. I think the restaurant pictures of the food was better than the actual sandwhiches you received but we know that most major restaurants use this marketing tactic. I am an east coast girl and we looooooove our sandwhiches so there is already a high expectation. I ordered the steak bomb without bacon. The taste was there, it was good, the meat was an ok quality but it lacked filling. That was the only disappointing thing with that selection. My friend ordered the reuben with a large fries. The sandwhich was like a reuben melt, because of that i was ok that rye bread was not used and it wasn’t stacked with prime cut corn beef, instead pastrami is used and a russian dressing which gave it just a bit of a different taste. Again nothing wrong with the taste, just be prepared to not having that classic taste. The fries were cold and a bit under cooked but its hard to find good fries . I would go again and try other options.

Bumped up one star for the great service, but the food itself? They weren’t like any fresh cut fries I’ve had before, they tasted like standard frozen ones, and they came out warm, not hot, no salt or flavor. The Cuban wasn’t cut in half and was super sloppy and messy, trying to pick it up bread was sliding all around and any bite would push stuff right off making a mess. The only flavor from it really was the little bit of mustard. 13 bucks for the meal, 1st and last time there.

My 1st time trying the food. It was ok wanted the bread toasted didn’t get toasted she 1 st charges me for a bottle of pop I asked for fountain drink then over charges me. The fries had no salt on them but the food was good just wish the bread was toasted or even hot

I ordered two 12” subs through Uber Eats and only got two 6” subs. They were definitely put together in a hurry. They were about to close so I know that’s my fault but I guess I expected better. And Uber eats refused to credit me in any way which I know isn’t the restaurant’s fault however something could’ve been done.
