Would recommend! Had an Italian sub, fries and a cookie, all of which were great. The sub had lots of meat, the fries were crispy, and I’ll never leave this place without a cookie (it was delicious!). Staff was friendly and helpful.

I got a roast beef sub and my husband tried both the tuna and grilled chicken sub today- All of them were perfect and tasty! This was our first time here and first time ever trying a Jon Smith Subs location. There’s a little bit of everything in each bite and you can tell they were made with care! We got combos and the fries really were made to order- just like the website says! Solomon Jones, the general manager, is so kind and welcoming as well- he checked on us while we were there 🙂

So I work across the street at Publix and I wanted to try this new sub place on my break. Went over here and automatically from the gecko this is luxury sub service. I know that sounds funny but the people are just so polite and don’t even get me started on how clean and well kept it is. I got the Triple Deli Classic sub with fries and it was unbelievable. Got my food in less than 10 minutes. WORTH IT!

Sorry Jon Smith……nothing to write home about! (I was so hoping it would be!). Went in for the first time on the evening of 7/21/23. I ordered a foot long ham and cheese with everything on it and a 6-inch turkey with mayo, lettuce, cucumbers, and added bacon. First off, the subs look nothing like the pictures (but most places don’t). I only ate half of the foot long and before I was finished the bread was soaked and soggy. There was very little meat on the subs as well. The taste was good and my subs were made just as I requested. The staff was friendly, energetic, and quick.

FANTASTIC! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent! We ordered the Cajun Steak sub….so flavorful! If you haven’t tried this place out yet, just do it! You’ll be missing out if you don’t ☺️ the owner was there while we visited, and he was so kind to speak to us and was very hospitable. The other staff members were also very friendly and made sure that we had a great experience, too. I am very impressed with this place and can’t wait to go back!

Underwhelming food, bread is bland, soft, and soggy. I got the steak bomb and the steak and toppings lacked any real spice or flavor. The sandwich itself was pretty messy since the bread wasn’t able to hold up to the contents and much by the end the sandwich was falling apart. Pretty expensive for a sub shop as well, over $30 for a 12 inch combo and a 6 inch combo for my wife. Service was good, food was delivered within about 5 minutes during lunchtime. Employees seemed very nice.

Great sub and nicer people. I wandered into their store last week while they were training. I didn’t notice the printed sign next to the door and was thinking about work, etc. Anyway instead of instantly shooing me away, they explained they’d be open next week and offered a bite of a chicken sub they were making along with a cookie. Both were great. I came back for lunch today when they were open and got a great pastrami sub. Congrats on the grand opening and, if the rest of the menu is as good as what I had, I’ll need to find a gym.
