I didn’t expect for this food chain to be here! My family was so excited to see it when we’re starving after browsing the fantastic mall. Chickenjoy is always incredibly delicious, right down to the bone, and it brings back fond memories of family dinners. The savory gravy is particularly noteworthy, and my family absolutely loves the peach mango pie. The spaghetti always satisfy our craving. This is one more reason why we will keep coming back to this mall. Customer service is excellent!

I had to try it. It’s worth the hype. The food is fresh, hot, and delicious. I visited this restaurant in the food court of the gigantic American Dream mall in senic North NJ. I had a 2 piece chicken and their spaghetti. I added on an extra gravy and pineapple bbq sauce. I sat overlooking the ice rink in the mall, 2 floors down. The chicken was crunchy and juicy. It was a drum stick. The next bite, I poured some hot gravy. So that took it to the next level of yum.

I never stop at fast food places because…well it’s bad for you but I was won over by hunger and a cute red happy bee. I am mostly glad because they have chicken that is actually spicy. It’s like in an attempt to cater to everyone all food has become bland. This chicken was spicy AND had flavor…rare.

Been ordering online from this location for pick up with no problems. But yesterday (08/22) was different. Their spicy chicken had too much turmeric, that was all I could taste. The colour was off too. The spiciness was very overpowering. Something from yesterday’s batch of chicken was definitely off. And the 3pc burger steak I ordered only came with 2. Didn’t realize until I got home.

This store don’t even deserve a single star, I usually comes here on the weekdays to avoid crowds but today came in on Saturday afternoon, my son wanted to eat their spicy chicken with spaghetti so bad, big mistake!! Not only the line is so long but the service is so slow and bad there is absolutely no organization, only 1 cashier is open while the rest of the crew prepare foods. Chicken is good but the spaghetti needs more sauce. the crew seems to be playing around, ordered yum burger and I have to wait 15 minutes and when I ask the supervisor told me that they only have 2 patties ready and they have to cook the rest, I don’t get it is fast food made to order now?

The largest fast food chain in the Philippines and has expanded to multiple countries overseas. I would say that this is one of the biggest selling restaurants in this mall because there’s almost always a long line whenever we visit. In the Philippines they have a more diverse menu that includes different burgers, a hotdog, noodle riches, several desserts, and of course, fried chicken. In this location they have a trimmed down selection of items that’s mostly fried chicken, filipino spaghetti, chicken sandwich, and peach and mango pie. Everybody should try Jollibee, it’s good food.

Second time eating here. Got the chicken joy the first time. It was good the chicken skin was crispy and the gravy and rice it came with made it tastier. The second time I got Filipino spaghetti and it was a bit sweet as expected but I like homemade Filipino spaghetti better. The peach mango pie is very hot with the fried crust and the contents will spill out if you eat it right away. My tip is to let it cool down first.
