Although I read the reviews and can confirm that about 10 of the games were not working due to “supply issues with the manufacturer,” and the day I went, the Lazer Tag was closed, but the Groupon I purchased included two hours of unlimited green games (NOT the red games that award tickets) and rides, so it was great.

$20 buffet and they only have 3 slices of pizza . Almost every other tray had no food. They had no fried chicken. I feel like I just got robbed . I spent 100 in buffet entries and seven 11 pizza is 10 times better . Not worth it. This place is a scam. Chucky cheese is way better. Stay away.

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times but I must admit this last visit I was somewhat disappointed. It might be that they are short handed and the pandemic is probably to blame. None the less, the salad bar was empty most of the time. They could not keep up with demand. At times, there was a wait for pizza. There was a wait for drink cups and they ran out of forks. It seemed that staff were working multiple stations. A lot of their video games were turned off. Pizza was really good once you were able to get some. Overall I gave them 3 stars.

My husband and I took our two babies both under 3. They were so extremely excited walking into Johns pizza! We purchased everything and wound up spending almost 100$ on food and tickets. As we walk in to find a place for us to sit at, all of the tables were were extremely disgusting, and the floors were so gross as well. I would like an email address that I can send these photos I took of how dirty they were. After finally scavenging for a place to sit, I had to use the restroom and it was also disgusting. None of the stalls I went into had sanitary napkins OR toilet paper. I was SHOCKED! at this point, seeing how dirty the environment is, I didn’t even want to let me little ones play on any of the games because my husband and I were truly disgusted with the cleanliness of this place. Walking around we’ve seen the manager several times not doing anything about how messy the place was. I heard a staff member mention out loud to the other employees “This place is such a mess!” And to top it off, there were 10 games not working . I’m absolutely not the one to complain what so ever. However this visit was so disappointing. I felt so bad for my kids because we brought them here to enjoy their time and be kids but my husband and I were too stressed the whole time about the babies health. We would love to return because when we went to the Montclair one about a year ago it was a better experience. To whoever reads this, I’m not expecting anything, I just really want the next time we visit be more pleasant and CLEAN!

I decided to take my grandkids here for the first time.. And we were a little disappointed .. The food was ran through… The plates that was supposed to be clean still had food particles on them… The floors were filthy… I had to ask staff to remove our used plates as we were done eating…My grandkids didn’t get a chance to try the ice cream because the machine was filled with wasted ice cream… The bathroom was very unsanitary i decided not to use the facility after seeing how unsanitary it was… But other than that.. The games and the rides were very satisfying… If i ever do decide to go back im going to try a different location cause the Riverside location was again a bit disappointing..

Pros: great selection of games, a pretty wide variety of food and it’s all you can eat, including the slushies. The kids absolutely love.

WARNING: only about half the machines there actually worked, and even less if you could reasonably expect them to not steal credits. It’s an ok place if the kids want to go there, but expect it to quickly devolve into a mess held together by bubble gum and duct tape if the crowd picks up. Games and machines not working, messes everywhere, long lines while they keep running out of food and plates…. But their fried chicken is surprisingly on point

This is my first visit to Johns incredible Pizza and probably my last. The pictures I’m posting are of most of the games that do not work. I was disappointed to the point were I realized I should have token my children to Chuck E Cheese . This is an all you can eat buffet style but there was not enough food, we waited 20 minute to get a few slices of pizza then another 10 minute for two chicken drumsticks. I hope they make changes soon.

Today’s visit was better than our first, about 7 years ago. It wasn’t a madhouse, and most games seem to work. There was a decent selection of pizza and deserts, the other items were sparse. They only have blended margaritas, which contain wine. The tables were not cleared or clean. The bathrooms smelled and looked disgusting. We arrived around 5:00 and left about 7:00. They may want to increase staffing during peak dinner hours.

It has been about a year since my last visit to this John’s Incredible Pizza location. It’s convenient for big gatherings and birthdays. The service from the waiter clearing tables to the ride operators were short handed, but still giving good service without being rude or taking it out on customers. Excellent jobs all around.
