Different cheesesteak #1048 in the last five years. Interesting stop. I explain in full video. I got the chocolate chip cookies, 4 for $2, you know I love that. The cookie dough dipped in chocolate and chocolate cherries looked amazing. They were making chicken cutlets. I was extremely close to getting a chicken cutlet sandwich. They use their oven roasted beef for the cheesesteak. I was surprised how different the texture was from a steak. $8 cheesesteak. When I have been a good boy and deserve a treat I will be going back.

This place is basically a classic ny deli in PA. Everything is delicious. I’ve had cheesesteaks, bacon egg and cheese, fresh roast beef sandwiches, and cheesecake blueberry cookies.

Home cooked food everyday. They make the food right there and you can taste it! They know exactly what my daughter wants and always ask her how school was. It gives the feeling of the way things used to be. Johns is the classic warm cozy feeling I wish I could have every day!

Some of the friendliest people I have ever met work here. They’ll make custom sandwiches. I go there often to have them make a sandwich for my lunch, sometimes breakfast… Like a fried egg sandwich on toast. Like I said, they couldn’t be more friendly and helpful.

THE BEST potato salad!!! Reminds me of Westbrook Market. A taste of “home”. I will be trying their lunch meats/cheese next. Also, she has daily lunch specials that look scrumptious! Thank you.

John’s Corner Deli has a friendly atmosphere with good local food. The staff is engaging and always ready to help with recommendations off the menu for newcomers. Basic groceries are available as well as many things for those needing catering. Lottery is also available at the store for those feeling lucky! Give John’s a chance and you won’t be sorry you did!

Little mom and pop shop that is great for a quick bite to eat. My son will ask to stop by if we are on a walk. Only problem with that is the store hours since we usually having more evening walks right now based on work and daycare schedule.

A real Deli!!! While the outside and interior are nothing to write about, the best way to describe it would be a hole in the wall. However, I’ve just had a sub the likes I haven’t had in over 15 years at an Italian deli in Queens! Fresh sliced meats, layered just right, not too much mayo or oil. The sub roll was delicious, hint of crunch on the outside and soft and flaky on the inside. Did I mention that this 10 inch overstuffed sub is so good you won’t want to share, and while that might hurt your waist line, it definitely won’t hurt your wallet! This just went on my list of small businesses to support!
