First time trying – we got a large vodka pie with pepperoni cherry peppers and ricotta and it was fantastic. Dough had an awesome flavor. To top it off – they’re super friendly in there and gave us some chocolate desserts on the house that were absolutely DELICIOUS. John’s Best is definitely the best!

I mistakenly ordered through the wrong John’s Best when using Slice and both John’s Best locations wouldn’t work with me to transfer the order. I was 45 minutes away from the location that received my order, while the one I physically showed up in refused to accept the order. Slice wouldn’t reverse the order either or credit me the $45. I made the mistake, but I’m shocked how easily it could have been fixed, but wasn’t. It’s a shame because John’s Best was my family’s favorite pizza in the area and I’ve spent hundreds of dollars there in the past, though they’ll never receive our business again because customer service is apparently not a priority.
