I adore the decor, it’s such a cute spot. Currently the entire town of Moulton is under staffed. Bless our server she was trying so hard to keep up with the crowd & definitely so overwhelmed she was forgetting everything. Food looks amazing & I prefer real Bacon over Bacon Bits. We truly had a great time & this cute spot. I am sure it will be a relief for everyone once we’re all up & running.

The first time here, I ordered a pulled pork sandwich. This had to be the driest meat I’ve had on a sandwich. The bun was right, and the slaw was good, but the pork was like trying to swallow newspaper chewed up in your mouth!. The ladies at the front how ever were super friendly and the place it self was very clean and welcoming. I would not eat here again based on the taste of that pork(no flavor, dry, and many hard pieces of overcooked meat!)

Daughter’s favorite in town! Always good food, excellent atmosphere & such friendly service! It’s like visiting your kin now & then when they’re always so glad to see you! The John’s BBQ Log Cabin is great!

We really liked this place, the food was good and the portions were big. A rack of ribs is huge, as are the nachos. Great food and service with southern hospitality.

Good BBQ. I tried John’s for the first time and was not disappointed. I received hush puppies right away. I am not a big fan of them but they were tasty and moist. The meat was tender and had a deep smokiness. There was plenty of it on the potato. The meat and potato was hot. The sauce was a bit too sweet for me but had good smoked flavor. Service was quick. My glass was never empty. I will be back and suggest you go.

This is how I got served today at John’s bar b q .. I’ve never seen at the grease that was in the fried pickles …. I throw away the container with the contents in it I didn’t care anything about eating greasy melted styrofoam ,!!!!

Found this place by accident one time when I was driving through. Definitely go to the location on Court Street and not the one on the highway because there’s so much more ambience. Excellent food and service was great.
