My experience here today at this location as far as service has been great. There was a guy here, Al , that was busy getting ice from the back but greeted me from where I was and got right up to me. Took my order, extra friendly and while I’m waiting for my pizza , he has been extra busy, getting the salad bar prepped with ice and has a hustle to his step. Not sure if a manager or an employee but either way he’s definitely shining in this location.

Has to been the worst Johnny pizza anywhere last 2 times I went they open at 11am and NOTHING ON BUFFET at all there still cooking it if you open at 11 have your buffet fully stocked you are on the people service business and people don’t have time to wait for you. I will never come here again I will drive to sterlington a hell of a lot better place all around they are always fully stocked when they open there doors probably have a much better Manger

I will never come back to this location. I placed an order for chicken wings and was told it’ll take 15 minutes. I waited for over a half an hour and I decided to go back in to speak to someone because the gentleman said he will bring my food out. I was on lunch at the time. Well needles to say when I went back inside my food was just sitting on the counter no one knew how long it’s been sitting there. I got a refund but I’m hungry returning back to work. This is my first time in Monroe and was told that I should try this place. I called in an order for takeout. The guy that took my order was friendly and knowledgeable. My experience with this place was great! Also, loved both Sweep the kitchen and Sweep the swamp pizzas. I’ll definitely go back the next time I’m in Monroe!

I called and ordered pizza, bread sticks, and Cinnamon bread. Lady that took my order was extremely rude. I get there to pick up my food and Cinnamon bread hasn’t even been started yet bc they forgot. Half of the employees are in pajamas, phones are ringing off the hook, no one doing anything. Some employees sitting down at the tables hanging out. Complete disaster

I just called to place and order to be delivered and the woman who was put on the phone to help with my order made my transaction the smoothest phone order I’ve EVER had, hands down.
