Wow… we’ve lived in the area for almost 20 years, and just now found Johnny’s. They have such great pizza! I’m not crazy about the pizza places by us (Beggars was good but too much cheese), but I really love their pizza. Our whole family does… even our family that is used to AMAZING Chicago pizza loved Johnny’s pizza. And when we have them deliver, the pizza is always HOT and ready to eat ! Check them out!!

Just spoke with Josh. I ordered about $40 worth of food the tiramisu was frozen solid with ice crystals the pizza was good as it always is the breadsticks were not great but the worst thing was the salad Johnny’s salad which is supposed to have red peppers there was half of one piece and it’s supposed to come with meat chicken or turkey which they charge you $3 for if you order it with a salad there is none he says okay I’m sorry about that and then goes to hang up when I asked what they were going to do about it? Josh said what you want me to credit you for chicken on a salad? Yes Josh I want what I paid for what is so hard to understand about that? So maybe stay away from this place because they’ll steal your money and not really care about stealing your money maybe that’s just Josh’s Department

Truly the BEST pizza and breadsticks in town, BUT I would have given 5 stars IF we had not been rushed or pressured to get our order in after stating it was our first time there. This pizza reminds me of my hometown favorite, but exceeded my love for their pizza. I will be back, thank you for some good dinner.

The cheesy garlic bread was fabulous and in the top 3 that I’ve ever had.The pizza was also very good with crispy crust that don’t fold over on you. The sauce was also delicious.the place is dated on the inside but most hidden gems are so that don’t effect my rating of Johnnys.i highly recommend giving this place a try if your in the area.I was staying in town for work and I’m glad the hotel reccomend Johnny’s.

Tried to place an order for Delivery. Didn’t even get to place my order, because whoever took my order wanted to be funny and act like they can’t spell. I said ‘Daisy’ and he asked me to spell it. First time he repeated it, he started it with a ‘B’ I had to repeat it six times and he said something different each time, finally I hung up. Sad bc I work at a hotel in town and tell everyone to go to yall I won’t be anymore.

I found about Johnny’s pizza last year April 2022 whole working in close proximity and from then I’ve been smitten. Deep dish, thin crist, it’s all sooo good. There’s no other place like Jonny’s. It’s located in downtown Kankakee where inside and outside dine-in is an option. This place feels like a real pizzeria and you can select from single slice to a whole pie. Every morning the two gentlemen that works here (assuming they own the place) are preparing fresh dough and pizza. I’ve never came here and had day old pizza (I come @10 after my route to grab a slice). They are exceptionally pleasant and offer top customer service. Don’t pass on this Small business with a big taste as you drive down south schuyler street, you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered a deep pan pizza. The dough wasn’t fully cooked. I called the restaurant. The manager told me they don’t replace pizzas or give refunds. That’s the first I ever heard that. Bad business, I wouldn’t recommend this pizza place to anyone.

Johnny’s Pizza is classic style pizza. Everything is home made here. They even serve ribs, Hotdogs, salad’s, and more, Served hot. They even deliver, which is great. If you order delivery, Make sure you tip the drivers because they after all delivering your food. Johnny’s Pizza is classic Italian pizza served the right way. Five star rating, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
